  1. 1. How often do you workout? 4-5x per week. (cardio 2x, Weights 3x, Yoga 1x) 2. On the average how long per session do you spend with your workout? 1.15 +/- 3. Do you do a short warm up cardio session (10-20mins) before you start lifting or you just go for the weights! I spin for 15 minutes or do abs. 4. Do you warm down with cardio again after your workout? No, I prefer to stretch or do basic yoga. 5. How many meals to you eat a day and what is your typical diet? 4 -5 meals a day. Eggs or high-protein cereal for breakfast, lunch usually some meat with steam veggies. Dinner is mainly vegetarian (tofu for protein) and I do juices in-between- i.e. Apples etc. 6. Do you take supplements and if you do, which ones? Yes. BCCAs, Creatine, Carni, ZMA etc. 7. If a person was 1.70m tall, what do you think his ideal weight be around? No idea 8. Which local or foreign bodybuilder do you admire? Stan McQuay. 9. When did you start lifting seriously (regularly)? 2003 10. Are you lifting because it gets you more bedtime partners? Yes.
