there are a few reasons why I posted this video apart from the fact I think it is an awesome documentary. First, to raise awareness of the aging lgbt community around us. Some of you might think the nation and the gay community is new, but the fact is we already have an aging gay population. Second, to raise awareness to those who still younger, to plan old age earlier. it wont be easy, whether you are gay or straight. given the fact most family units are small these days, your family members will be less able to render assistance when you are of much advanced age and ill. Of course, not having a gay friendly residential care can be challenging. So as a community, we need to know how to prepare for the day. Third and lastly, to those young and ignorant ones, be reminded that we all be there one day. Be kinder to those who are older. :-) You dun have to socialise with thr older men if you dun want, but dun need to be merciless online.
