TS, it will not work out for the fact that you wish he were more manly and do not like that aspect in him. That is how he is and if you don't like it, then tough. Somehow, I feel that this isnt the case of two bottoms together. It's more like you arent that attracted to a guy who is not very masculine. And from your post, you said that he is "insecure" and tends to dress flamboyantly. So, if you feel this way about him, it's time to go your separate ways. And I have a feeling you do not really want to let him go cos of the attention he has been giving you. (Well, you did say he is very attentive to you.) How To Grow Bigger Chest?

The chest is divided to three sections. Upper mid and lower. 1) Lower chest - doing wide dips alternate with decline bench press. For wide dips, use free body weight. As u lower yourself, lift up chin face forward , slighty lower than your shoulder level, Plus at the same time, lift up ur legs parallel to the ground or curl up inwards For those who tend to cramp if curl, parallel your legs. Curl moment also simultaneously tighten the abs musc. Do 30-35 fast reps alternate with decline bench press. For decline bench press, press down bar widely as possible using cup of your palm. Bar must be 1cm or less above an imaginary line below your collar bone. When down yet to stabilze the total weight of bar, using the palm to "cup" hold the bar by the "drumstick" musc at the base of your thumb. For stretching, two methods. While sitting on bench. pull both arms backwards stretch by grabbing bar with hands plus push your bod forward at the same time. Second place, and tuck both elbow in the inner sides of the knees. When youforcefully push your knees together, resist by pushing ur elbows outwards like a V shape. This is to stretch inner chest. Do 25-30 kg each sides with bar of 35 reps. Dips plus decline press = 1 set. Do 4-5 set. Use free weights to do wide grip stretches. 15-20kg of 30 reps of 5 sets follow by each previous set of dips plus bar press 2) Mid chest - Bench press - Bar should be wide cup in palm, press to imaginary line less than 1 cm just above the collar bone. For more resist hold bar as long as 3-4 seconds before pushing up rapidly. 25/30kg per side plus bar do 35-25 reps per set as rapid as possible like a whip lash speed/explosive movement. Recommended - 5 sets For inner chest cutting , lower weight to 20. Hold bar slight wider than shoulder lenght. Lower bar to collar bone level, rapid movements. 20kg per side do 25 reps of 5 sets. For stretching, you can either lie down flat on bench using free weights, or at standing position , hold weights in arms parallel to the ground, levelling slightly lowerbetw chest andd shoulders. Open and stretch arms outwards openly like doing flys. Then Then meet the weights together with the bar of the free weights vertical to ground for max reisistence, imagingin you are hugging a \ big tree. Upper mid chest can be increased in size by using the Smith machine. Instead of lying down facing legs inwards, conventionally reverse by lying down outwards, where only upper back lie on bench, legs tuck in inwards. Use 30kg per side plus bar. lower to above collar bone. This movement is more strenous then general bench press. Do 25-33reps of 4-5 sets. Tucking in of legs strenghten the abs muscl 3) Upper chest - Lower bar to collar bone with wide movement cupping bar in palm for stabiliity. Do 20-30kgs of 30-20 reps of 5 sets Alternate this with forward laps pulldown. 120-140 pounds, 25-18 reps pf 5 sets. You can train upperchest with free weights. Or superset with free weights. 15-25kg 0f 30-20 reps of 5 sets alternate with bench press targeting mid chest. I dont stagnant with those weights but change varIably to shock the muscles. Adjust the weights, sets and reps, to your comfort and convenience. Happy training and train safely !!! PS for maximun results - try to train the lower chest first lower chest cut can be train with cable rows and free weight curling insides. Sorry this movements need visual aids. Thus I can't describe and post them here in words. It will be very hard for you to understand1 point -

Hi everyone, I'm new in this forum. I have been wondering, do bottoms lose out when they grow older? Like say age 40 plus. I don't know but the tops I met usually prefers younger guy like age 18 to 25, so what happens when I grow older? Do I get less market value now that I have aged? I have asked people on Grindr and Jack'd why do they prefer younger guys and they told me the reason is because either the hole is fresh or they just generally prefer young guys. Which leads me to think that bottoms lose out when they grow older. Any comments/pointers for me. I'm afraid that I would be unwanted when I grow older.
