Went for my 1st HIIT Workout Session yesterday. The venue was within walking distance of both the Macpherson and Tai Seng MRT Stations. The lack of attire was not too much of an issue as everyone was preoccupied with doing the exercises correctly and burning calories. The work-out was strenuous but enjoyable.
