http://themastershift.com/the-7-sacred-soul-tasks-2/ Does it feel like something is out of balance in your life? Maybe you’ve done a ton of healing work, you’ve read all the self-help books, you’ve meditated with the best of them, but still something feels off. Here’s what you need to know: your seven chakras aren’t just energy centers. They are sacred containers of knowledge which contain an enormous amount of specific information for your growth. Each chakra holds within it a soul task which must be mastered. If any soul task is left incomplete, painful symptoms will show up in your life and your relationships. These symptoms are signs showing you where you need to do your work. First Chakra Task: Keep Yourself Safe If you’re out of balance in this soul task, you might notice that you put others needs before your own – to your detriment. You may allow situations or relationships into your life that hurt you. You may rationalize that you deserve the pain. You might turn on yourself, speak harshly to yourself, you may even hate yourself. To improve your health in this chakra, make a commitment to observe the ways that you devalue yourself and let others devalue you. The truth is – no one is more important than you, and you are no more important than anyone else. Your needs matter as much as anyone else’s. Stay mindful every day. A deep purification process like this takes time, so keep at it until you feel more stabilized. Read books like “Self Compassion” by Kristin Neff, and “Healing the Shame that Binds You” by John Bradshaw. Second Chakra Task: Connect with Others We can’t make healthy connections with others if we believe everyone else is better, smarter, or that they matter more than we do. (See how the health of each chakra has to be solid before we can fully master the next?) If you’re out of balance in this soul task, you might notice that it feels hard to make and keep friends. Connection may feel difficult for you. To improve your health in this chakra, start with a commitment to daily self-inquiry and examination. Observe your own behaviors and feelings around others. Take small steps toward interaction with people. Set goals for joining in with groups. Remember, your commitment is all you need. If you are committed, the healing will come. Read books like “Safe People” By Henry Cloud. Third Chakra Task: Set Boundaries Symptoms of ill-health in the third chakra show up as either a tendency to be “too nice” and let people walk all over you, or to be “the Big Cheese”, believing you are entitled to more than your fair share. We must learn healthy boundaries. If you are out of balance in this chakra, you might have a hard time saying no. You may grieve a lot about other people’s pain. You may worry about how someone will feel if you set down boundaries. Or – you may feel an impulse to run over people to get your needs met. To improve your health in this chakra, first commit to observing your patterns and discover the reasons for them. Then make a solid commitment to boundary setting. Learn to say “Yes” and “No” at appropriate times, both to others and to YOURSELF. You must learn to say NO to toxic people, places and situations, and say YES to beautiful, fair, kind ones. Setting boundaries is the soul task that balances the ego. Read books like: “Boundaries: When to Say Yes, How to Say No to Take Control of Your Life” by John Townsend and Henry Cloud, and “Reclaim Your Life: Understanding Toxic Relationships, What to Do, and When to Leave” by Jennifer Reed. Fourth Chakra Task: Forgive If you’re out of balance in this soul task, you might notice that you have trouble forgiving yourself or others. You might be hurt or angry about things that happened a very long time ago. You might hold grudges. Forgiveness is the soul task that opens the heart. If we are unable to forgive, we will be unable to move into fourth density consciousness, which is vital if we are to shift into the New Earth. Forgiveness requires a change of heart. Forgiveness occurs when we accept that our brother (or our self) is, in truth, innocent, and deserves our compassion. No matter what you did, no matter what they did, the soul is innocent. If you’re having trouble discerning whether or not to trust someone who is toxic or dangerous, go back to the third chakra – you have more work to do there. Read books like: “Forgiveness: A Bold Choice for a Peaceful Heart” by Robin Casarijan, and “Love is Letting Go of Fear” by Gerald G. Jampolsky. Fifth Chakra Task: Embody Fearless Truth Symptoms of ill-health in the fifth chakra show up as a fear of speaking your truth. You may be afraid of the consequences when you say what you deeply believe. You may fear hearing what someone else deeply believes. When this chakra is balanced, you’ll know how to discern Truth from falsehood, because you will have effectively grasped all of the soul tasks from the previous chakras. Here, the soul is becoming pure. To heal an imbalanced fifth chakra, practice knowing your Truth. Practice standing firm in your truth. And finally, practice speaking your truth while maintaining pristine compassion and respect for others. Read books like: “The Fifth Chakra Healing Book” by KG Stiles, and “The Storm Inside: Trade the Chaos of How you Feel for the Truth of Who You Are.” By Sheila Walsh Sixth Chakra Task: Become One with the Creation When the sixth chakra soul task is incomplete, we do not see others as our self – we see them as separate. It is a very high state of being to actually be able to see others as yourself. It’s more than just sympathy. It’s more than just being able to put yourself in someone else’s shoes. We are talking about literally seeing your brother as YOU. Seeing that you are the same being at the core. The truth is – we are all only ONE being. Symptoms of ill-health in this chakra show up as subtle projections onto other people: “He is less evolved than I am.” Symptoms also show up as a sense of separation: “I’m glad it’s them and not me.” To restore health in the sixth chakra, meditation is necessary. Become quiet and get to know yourself in stillness. Practice seeing your neighbor as yourself. Practice seeing a tree as yourself. Practice seeing a terrorist as yourself. Feel it as though it were REAL. This exercise will teach you how to touch unity. Read books like “A New Earth” by Eckhart Tolle, and “A Course in Miracles”. Seventh Chakra Task: Become One with the Creator Becoming one with the Creator is such a high state that humans are not capable of maintaining it for long periods of time. Like the story in the bible when God revealed Himself to the mountain and it crumbled to dust, we dissolve back into All-ness when we reach this eternal station. We slip into states of Divine knowingness, drink from them, and then we slip back out. It’s that way by design. Each time we slip in, the experience changes us so profoundly, we are never the same human being again. Our soul task in this chakra is not a matter of reaching perfection, because we never will. This chakra is infinite. Our task here is to open to the mystery of the absolute as often as possible, and to surrender our small self to its Intelligence. Practice by meditating on loving your Creator. Meditate on opening your entire being and offering it to the service of your Creator. Ask for help from your Creator, for your human self cannot know how to explore the realms of the Most High without help from the Most High. Read books like “Mystics, Masters, Saints, and Sages: Stories of Enlightenment” by Robert Ullman and “Along the Path to Enlightenment: 365 Daily Reflections” By Dr. David Hawkins. Traversing the path of human consciousness is what souls have been doing from the beginning of time. We’re all in the same boat – making our way across the sea – yearning to reach the eternal shore. Have fun in your travels – for in truth- Growing through these soul tasks is the entire reason you’re here.

*Do not read if you are easily offended by morality and idealism. The following posts will be excerpts from The Coiled Serpent by C.J. Van Vliet. They are intended for those who, having dwelled, suffered and struggled enough in the dark alley of vice, hunger for something better, a happiness more lasting than the fleeting pleasures of sex, pseudo-love and the like. Those who, having hitherto sleep-walked through life, are now awakening to a higher reality. I am aware that many people will be terribly offended by the following words but please, if this thread is not for you why not ignore it and move on? I do not wish for this end up in the flaming room. Nonetheless, it will most probably die a fast death and I seek your understanding when I slowly post more to share. May we for once not debate or argue? Let us open our hearts to see if these words in fact ring true to the innermost sanctuary of our beings. Let us still our pathological urge to shoot off our mouths and restrain our tongues to gain the ability to listen to opinions and thoughts without reaction. As the saying goes: “the fool learns from nobody whereas the wise man may learn even from a child.” ************************************************* "There appears to be a need of some bold man who will say outright what is best...opposing the mightiest lusts and following reason only." - Plato, Laws, VIII, 835. The Serpent Caught in the mighty coils of the giant-serpent Sex, humanity is on the point of being crushed and strangled. That serpent, which in the beginning was intended to serve human evolution, was foolishly adopted as a pet and unduly coaxed and fondled. Being overfed and pampered and having its slightest whims complied with, the pet has grown into a monster that has overpowered its master, and now threatens to destroy him… …man began to use the mind to stimulate the desires of the body. In this way he has indulged in the almost negligible sexual impulse which he inherited from the animal kingdom, until it has become a desire so strong that he has difficulty to control it. Overstimulated by this unnaturally strong desire of his own making, man has looked for arbitrary ways in which to gratify it. Although reducing actual reproduction, he has discovered ways of unreproductive sexual action… Evidently two pathways lie ahead: one leading up out of entanglement, the other down and deeper into it. Man must either climb toward the radiant, thought seemingly lonesome summit, or slide into the tempting shadows of the crowded lower path. The one path is the way of self-control, of mastery over sex, leading to purity and progress; the other is the road of self-indulgence, of enslavery to sex, of passion and resultant retrogression…

Often I get this idea that when our room, office, car - spaces where we inhabit and/or spend much in, is cluttered, untidy and messy, disorganized and unorganized, the outward reflection of our inner self tends to show same indications. While many may not agree and the association is controversial, it does account to the notion of 'what's outside is inside'. Such thing, however, has no foundations in science or psychology but it is much based on metaphysics which tends to cross over into the realm of human psychology. To those who believe in geomancy probably will agree more. The state of our habitation manifests itself into the state of one's being. It is like, what we give is what we get. When we do not give much intention to organize things around the house, nor take the time to sweep and mop or changing clean linen/towels, the action vibrates at a certain level of energy to affect the ways of live we lead. In other words, the states of our habitation affect the structure. Every thought, every feeling, every person, every event is the result of our energetic state of being. Who we are, what we have and what we do is directly linked to how we start from within - the thought process, the place we live in. The quality determines the quality of our life and most importantly, we can change what's outside with what is inside. Just for thought - Messy House, Messy Emotions? Source: http://www.eharmony.com/dating-advice/about-you/what-your-living-space-says-about-you/#.VYfmn0aRPYd Now more than ever before it is hard to know for sure if a person’s public persona and appearance are an accurate reflection of who they are in private. It is easy enough to project the image of who we’d LIKE to be — with fashion choices, carefully scripted dates, cautious conversation, and even with Internet profiles designed to present ourselves in the best possible light. And there is nothing wrong with that. But the time inevitably comes for prospective partners to go deeper than outward impressions allow — to truly see and be seen. This is when you begin to evaluate your compatibility based on more than meets the eye in casual contact. This is when you open a door — literally — and give your date access to the one place you don’t bother to be anything other than what you are. You take them to your HOME. The fact is, your house or apartment is a veritable Rosetta Stone of insight into deciphering the puzzle of who you really are. Your stuff (or lack thereof) and how you maintain it (or don’t) speaks volumes, whether you want it to or not. This obviously offers your date a chance to assess whether your respective values, habits, goals, and standards share enough common ground to build a relationship on. But it is also an excellent opportunity for you to run a self-diagnostic test. Try to see your living space with fresh eyes and ask yourself: Do I like what I see? If the answer is no, then the reasons for that constitute a road map for self-improvement — a process that will not only better your chances for lasting romance, but increase your enjoyment of everyday life as well. Here are four key areas to examine for clues: Tidiness. Deepak Chopra wrote a story in which the wizard Merlin said to young Arthur: “I once walked around like you, and when I looked at a person, all I saw was a form of flesh and bones. But after a while I noticed that a person lives in a house that extends that body — unhappy people with messy emotions live in messy houses; happy, contented people live in orderly houses. When I see a house, I am actually seeing more of that person.” Naturally, such generalizations have exceptions; but as a loose guideline this is true. The state of your house is a measurement of important personal qualities: discipline, self-esteem, emotional stability, standards of hygiene, and so on. Are you a pack rat, unable to part with cherished stuff even when it crowds your space? Your date will know at a glance. At the other end of the spectrum, are you a “neat freak” without a single object out of place? Recognizing that about you will help someone answer the question: Are we compatible or not? Furnishings. The style and quality of your possessions offer a window into your material values and what you invest in. Some homes are filled with expensive and trendy furniture, knick-knacks, and artwork — a sure sign that the person who lives there places a premium on quality and isn’t afraid to spend money on nice things. Another place will feature reclaimed objects and thrift store treasures with plenty of personality, but which cost very little. That person appreciates value, and uses his or her money for other pursuits. No set of preferences is right or wrong per se. If your dates don’t approve of your style, that doesn’t mean there is something wrong with you — only that they feel they may be wrong for you. Food. The contents of your kitchen are a remarkably revealing window into your lifestyle and personal habits. If your refrigerator holds three sodas and a bottle of ketchup, your date will draw one of two conclusions: you always eat poorly, or you always eat out — or both. This offers insight into your attitude toward your health, or money spent on restaurant food, or whether you enjoy staying home some evenings instead of being constantly on the go. It may be that these are traits you have in common. If not, it is a legitimate cause for reflection before moving on in the relationship. Home entertainment. If you spend any time there at all, your house or apartment will contain the books, movies, magazines, and games you enjoy. Do you like horror? Romance? Roman history? Opera? Comic books? The evidence is there. If you are into sports, your skis will be standing in the corner, or your baseball bat and glove will lie by the door. Are you an artist? Your paints or pencils will give you away. Here’s the bottom line: Your living space is an extension of your SELF. Your partner will learn more about you in an evening in your home than on a dozen dates. Use that knowledge to be sure that the person you are is who you’d most like to be. Do you clean up before a new love interest pays you a visit…or do you leave things as is? Have you ever broken it off with someone because their house was a disaster?

I came to know about hypnotherapy through reading some Books by Dr Brian L. Weiss, MD. I used to have unfounded fears about hypnosis thinking that someone is capable to manipulate my mind. However, when I was introduced deeper into the topic, I believed that I benefited. Hypnotherapy, to me, is a powerful way to change how the mind works. But, it has to be facilitated by a good and professional therapist. The follow-up and sharing after a hypnotherapy session is utmost important to raise realization and awareness towards changing the paradigm of one's consciousness. For simple understanding - What is Hypnotherapy and How Does it Differ From Hypnosis?. Just for the fun of it BUT PLEASE do know about the topic before sitting down to enjoy the youtube:

Favorite Youtube Channel(S) Or Youtuber(S)
Muscleanstr8btm posted a topic in Blowing Wind Main Forum
At this point, I have a feeling that I'm tired of watching stereo-typical show in my local television channel. I did subscribe to an alternative channel via Astro and Unifi in Malaysia but apparently everything is almost the same. I started browsing internet almost 24/7 and watching various strange videos through YouTube. After a few months, I found (and subscribe) very appealing YouTube channels and YouTubers. I love watching their videos because they are more 'human' and sharing their interest with the audiences. They have their creative way to attract the audiences. If I am not mistaken, some of this fellow YouTubers did a roadshow at Singapore too. Below is the list of my favorite YouTube Channels and YouTubers and what/why I like about them; Wong Fu Productions : Besides producing short drama with a various genre, they also making a video about themselves (Vlogs). I love watching Phillip Wong. He is an average looking Asian guy but good in acting. Eat Your Kimchi : Everything is related to Korea. They have various segments like Food Adventure Program For Awesome People (FAPFAP), TL;DR, WTF. Not to forget - Vlogs. I love Martina because she is adorable and Simon is clumsy. NigaHiga : Like other YouTubers, this 'hyper active' Ryan also creating video and Vlogs. He is creative in his own way. He is funny but still informative for me (not all video). The Fine Bros : Their REACT channel is great. Watching regular people reacting to something. Markiplier : A famous guy who is making videos about games with his great voice. I love to play games and I do some checking through his video before I purchase any game. MusicNeverSleeps : A cute Asian guy singing and doing cover. His name is Jason Chen. He got a nice voice. Max Capo : All about himself being a half Japanese. He is cute + shy guy. Tyler Oakley : He is an open gay guy. Everything is so gay - fun. He is the Queen. Daichi Beatboxer : It is obvious - beatboxing time! Venus Angelic : A living doll and her makeup tutorial. Extreme cuteness. Maangchi : Do you like Korean cuisine? She got more than that to offer, her gwiyomi. This is my favorite by far. Do you have yours too? Please share and we can have a look together.- 19 replies

Nothing Is Solid: This Is The World Of Quantum Physics
Guest posted a topic in Blowing Wind Main Forum
Nobel Prize winning physicists have proven beyond doubt that the physical world is one large sea of energy that flashes into and out of being in milliseconds, over and over again. Nothing is solid: This is the world of Quantum Physics SEPTEMBER 25, 2014 / 268249 VIEWS Wedding invitation wording samples Reality Consciousness Fluids Invisible Spectrums Images Televisions Physics Most Beautiful Wedding invitation wording samples 13-620x400Nobel Prize winning physicists have proven beyond doubt that the physical world is one large sea of energy that flashes into and out of being in milliseconds, over and over again. Nothing is solid. This is the world of Quantum Physics. They have proven that thoughts are what put together and hold together this ever-changing energy field into the ‘objects’ that we see. So why do we see a person instead of a flashing cluster of energy? Think of a movie reel. A movie is a collection of about 24 frames a second. Each frame is separated by a gap. However, because of the speed at which one frame replaces another, our eyes get cheated into thinking that we see a continuous and moving picture. Think of television. A TV tube is simply a tube with heaps of electrons hitting the screen in a certain way, creating the illusion of form and motion. This is what all objects are anyway. You have 5 physical senses (sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste). Each of these senses has a specific spectrum (for example, a dog hears a different range of sound than you do; a snake sees a different spectrum of light than you do; and so on). In other words, your set of senses perceives the sea of energy from a certain limited standpoint and makes up an image from that. It is not complete, nor is it accurate. It is just an interpretation. All of our interpretations are solely based on the ‘internal map’ of reality that we have, and not the real truth. Our ‘map’ is a result of our personal life’s collective experiences. Our thoughts are linked to this invisible energy and they determine what the energy forms. Your thoughts literally shift the universe on a particle-by-particle basis to create your physical life. Look around you. Everything you see in our physical world started as an idea, an idea that grew as it was shared and expressed, until it grew enough into a physical object through a number of steps. You literally become what you think about most. Your life becomes what you have imagined and believed in most. The world is literally your mirror, enabling you to experience in the physical plane what you hold as your truth … until you change it. Quantum physics shows us that the world is not the hard and unchangeable thing it may appear to be. Instead, it is a very fluid place continuously built up using our individual and collective thoughts. What we think is true is really an illusion, almost like a magic trick. Fortunately we have begun to uncover the illusion and most importantly, how to change it. What is your body made of? Nine systems comprise the human body including Circulatory, Digestive, Endocrine, Muscular, Nervous, Reproductive, Respiratory, Skeletal, and Urinary. What are those made up of? Tissues and organs. What are tissues and organs made of? Cells. What are cells made of? Molecules. What are molecules made of? Atoms. What are atoms made of? Sub-atomic particles. What are subatomic particles made of? Energy! You and I are pure energy-light in its most beautiful and intelligent configuration. Energy that is constantly changing beneath the surface and you control it all with your powerful mind. You are one big stellar and powerful Human Being. If you could see yourself under a powerful electron microscope and conduct other experiments on yourself, you would see that you are made up of a cluster of ever-changing energy in the form of electrons, neutrons, photons and so on. So is everything else around you. Quantum physics tells us that it is the act of observing an object that causes it to be there where and how we observe it. An object does not exist independently of its observer! So, as you can see, your observation, your attention to something, and your intention, literally creates that thing. This is scientific and proven. Your world is made of spirit, mind and body. Each of those three, spirit, mind and body, has a function that is unique to it and not shared with the other. What you see with your eyes and experience with your body is the physical world, which we shall call Body. Body is an effect, created by a cause. This cause is Thought. Body cannot create. It can only experience and be experienced … that is its unique function. Thought cannot experience … it can only make up, create and interpret. It needs a world of relativity (the physical world, Body) to experience itself. Spirit is All That Is, that which gives Life to Thought and Body. Body has no power to create, although it gives the illusion of power to do so. This illusion is the cause of much frustration. Body is purely an effect and has no power to cause or create. The key with all of this information is how do you learn to see the universe differently than you do now so that you can manifest everything you truly desire. http://earthweareone.com/nothing-is-solid-this-is-the-world-of-quantum-physics/ -
There are 10 levels of consciousness between identifying with (internalizing) your environment or choosing to transform from within by heart. At the first level of consciousness you identify completely with your environment whether rich or poor, peaceful or warlike, cruel or loving At the 1st level of consciousness you accept your social and physical environments as they are: You internalize their values and become them. At 1st level of consciousness if you are wealthy you define yourself in terms of your salary, your net worth, your property and rich friends. At 1st level of consciousness, if you are poor you accept that you’ll always be poor. You believe all efforts to become successful will fail. At the 1st level of consciousness, if you live in a peaceful environment you believe that everyone you know lives among peace and prosperity. At the first level of consciousness, if you live in a war zone, you believe you must constantly fight other people for survival or else die! At the 1st level of consciousness, if you grow up with parents who physically, sexually, and emotionally abuseyou, you in turn abuse others. At 1st level of consciousness if you grow up with parents/friends who give you love, support, and affection, you give lots of love to others. At 1st level of consciousness you have no original thoughts or creativity inside you because you are a complete reflection of your community. At first level of consciousness you cannot adapt to changing environments that operate under different principles. Thus, you become limited! At first level of consciousness you think dreamers and idealists, advocates and change-makers, are fools who have lost their grip on reality. You make your transition from the 1st level of consciousness to the second level of consciousness when you become disillusioned with reality. You begin to enter the second level of consciousness when you realize that the physical and social reality you have internalized is not real. When you enter 2nd level of consciousness you’re surprised by your attraction to being alone so you can think instead of being around people. At the 2nd level of consciousness you identify with your physical environment 90% and become aware that you have an internal environment too At 2nd level of consciousness you define yourself by your family, your friends, your job, and your property, but you glimpse your creativity. At 2nd level of consciousness you are surprised by the fact that money and shopping no longer make you happy but that giving now thrills you. At 2nd level of consciousness you find yourself attracted to books about people instead of books about things: You want to learn about Self! At the second level of consciousness you are shocked to realize that if you lose your job today and the money that goes with it, that is OK! - See more at: http://www.the-open-mind.com/10-levels-of-consciousness/#sthash.IDWlMG1I.dpuf

http://www.iflscience.com/health-and-medicine/two-father-babies-could-soon-be-possible-no-egg-donor-required Two-Father Babies Could Soon Be Possible, With No Egg Donor Required February 25, 2015 | by Lisa Winter photo credit: Dubova, Shutterstock When two men wish to raise a child together, they must either adopt (where neither of them will have a biological contribution) or use an egg donor and surrogate (where only one of them will make a biological contribution). In the future, that might not be the case. A new paper published in Cell describes the role of genetic regulators which influence whether an immature germ cell differentiates into a male or female cell, and how that process can be manipulated. In the future, it could even be possible for stem cells from a male to be used to produce an egg, allowing an infant to have two biological fathers. Primordial germ cells (PGCs) are the stem cells that are able to give rise to either sperm or egg cells. The body typically uses hormonal signals and certain transcription factors in order to determine whether to make the male or female germ cells naturally. While SRY is the gene most widely known for its sex-determining function, the paper describes the importance of another SOX family gene, SOX17. As it turns out, SOX17 is another regulator of human PGC-like cells, and altering the gene can alter the fate of those cells. Rather than just building on our understanding of sex-determining processes, this could potentially have staggering implications for a number of families. In the coming years, researchers may be able to manipulate this process and make it possible for two men to father a child without the need of an egg donor. This could occur by taking PGCs from one father, manipulating SOX17 and inducing those cells to become oocytes. Because the male has all of the relevant maternal information on his one copy of the X chromosome, the resulting egg cell would theoretically be fully functional. The second father would then need to provide a sperm sample with which to inseminate the egg, though a surrogate would be required to carry the baby throughout gestation. Of course, there is a laundry-list of logistical and ethical concerns before this can become a reality. Primarily, human genetic modification to this degree is a huge gray area, with many against the idea of “designer babies” that would lead to a Gattaca-like society. This technique wouldn’t be employed to avoid potentially devastating diseases, such as the three-parent IVF which was recently approved in the United Kingdom. Thus, it could be harder to justify such drastic means solely for procreation. While it is unfortunate, there is another barrier: Those with prejudices against homosexual couples could block the development and implementation of this technology. Though the number of children being raised by same sex couples has nearly doubled since 2000, they are still far and away a minority and face many prejudices. There is still a great deal of research that needs to be done before the time comes to decide how or if the technique will be implemented.

Naruto is awesumz sheetz cuz everyone is reading them woozzxxczxc. ninja power, pew pew. If you could, also add a (?/5) rating so people roughly know where they stand. So yea, the next post will be a compilation of mangas recommended, hope you guys pump in cool mangas. Our mind is said to be like a magnet that attracts events, circumstances and people into our lives and repels others. Like the magnet, what attracts into our lives is drawn from the thoughts that we think. A weak thought and one that does not repeated long enough does not gain sufficient strength. The opposite, a strong thought (that is derived from predominant thoughts) manifests itself. Read these links when you are ready to accept the fact. The Magnetic Power Of Your Mind 10 Scientific Studies That Prove Consciousness Can Alter Our Physical Material World. Want To Change Your Reality? Just Switch The Channel..
Guest posted a topic in Blowing Wind Main Forum
http://consciouslifenews.com/change-reality-switch-channel/1173242/# During this extraordinary year of transformation, our planet is morphing from the dying, outdated 3D model of Duality into an alternative 5D paradigm of Unity Consciousness. This is often met with perplexing confusion, as the human mind attempts to grasp how it is possible for a planet to change so dramatically. But once we understand the complex workings of the universe it is easier to not only comprehend but actively get involved. There is much debate between scientists and spiritual scholars about the origin of creation and the role that living consciousness plays. Similar to the chicken vs. egg argument…does the mind evolve from matter (thoughts as biochemical reactions in the brain), or does matter evolve from mind (spirit creating matter). My experience supports the narrative that “creation arises from consciousness”…it is the source where ideas originate. All visions, intentions, artistic expression, and imagination are ignited from the trans-material consciousness called “Spirit‟. It is the creative spark of our physical world of matter. In Quantum Physics everything in nature exists simultaneously as separate particles that also have a wave function. Based on the “Observer Effect‟, the small atoms in our physical world are influenced by the presence of our conscious mind. Particle-waves function as possible probabilities until observed by a conscious mind, whereby the exchange would collapse the wave-function and form a particle. The quantum field exists in a state of waves probabilities (virtual particles), as possible holograms of potential outcomes. So how does this work? Our brain operates much like a computer or television, creating our material world from a holographic array of frequencies converted into a solid image. Just as a hologram functions as a lens, encoding and decoding frequencies, our brain similarly transforms incoming frequencies into our sensory perception of reality. Therefore, our personal reality is determined by the frequencies selected…like channel surfing from the couch. In the quantum field our brain animates our external world like the engine of a movie projector – creating a holographic reality by running snapshot “freeze frames‟ of observed perception (images) together similar to a movie film. The consciousness streaming through our mind becomes the “creator‟ of time and space of our physical experience, not the other way around! When our brain switches channels, we experience a shift in our perceived reality. It may materialize in an “Aha” Moment, or more dramatically, like relocating to a new city or country, or changing careers. In this manner, our brain not only switched channels, it jumped timelines. The human brain ‘receiver’ is selecting one slice of holographic reality from an infinite kaleidoscope of slices. In a way, our Universe works like sliced bread and in any moment we are selecting one of the slices. With this knowledge, we can consciously choose our slice of reality from the vast quantum field by refining and raising our brainwave frequencies and intentioned focus. We are not stuck in a dark, dismal world. That is just one of infinite slices accessible to us. We have the ability to switch channels any moment we desire with our mind’s consciousness, just like clicking your remote to a new channel. The human brain has a complex network of microtubules transmitting photon packets of “light consciousness‟ in a quantum field of order (coherence). The human brain ‘receiver’ converts the photon waves of data from the quantum fluctuations into our holographic reality. Our ability to tap into this universal intelligence depends on the strength of our body’s superradiance, our capacity for cellular metabolism of photon light and our brain’s reception of a wider-range of higher frequencies It is our personal ‘energy signature’ that magnetizes a select range of information within the quantum field. During altered states of meditation our brain relaxes and expands to larger numbers of wave-lengths in the Zero Point Field, opening our mind to awaken to new thought, visions and perceptions. It is very empowering to know we can choose our slice of reality, the hologram that we live in. At this time in history, we have the opportunity to jump tracks onto the parallel slice of 5D Earth, onto the 5D timeline. All we need to do is elevate our brainwave frequencies higher into the 5D range so that our brain can lock onto that channel of reality. The only obstacle to switching channels is our ego fear and doubt. For the ego mind wants to stay in 3D Polarity to feed on emotional charge. It will resist our decision to switch timelines to the 5D hologram. But we have the solution – during conscious meditation our focused intention and visions will raise the brain into higher frequencies (25 hertz and higher) that are beyond the reach of the ego mind. It is in the non-polarized Still Point that we select the new channel of 5D Earthly reality from the universal superhologram. Not only can we switch channels to the new 5D Earth but we can alter our reality in numerous ways. Our mind is open to an infinite array of options at any given moment. If something is not going the way we envisioned, we can lock our focus on another solution and switch to that channel. There are infinite possibilities! All we have to do is free up our mind and open to the vast quantum field of infinite solutions…and change our lives forever! -
http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2014/may/06/mindfulness-hospitals-schools ~ This increasingly popular tool for calming the mind, once seen as a New Age fad, could play a role in hospitals and schools Mindfulness is selling millions of books and apps, it appears on the front cover of Time magazine, pops up in the Financial Times and is used by all kinds of people from corporate executives and nurses to sportsmen and primary school children. Once a poorly understood New Age fad, it has moved from the margins to the mainstream. Nothing demonstrates that better than the launch of an all-party parliamentary group on mindfulness on Wednesday. At this point I will come clean. I am one of a group of people working with three universities (Oxford, Exeter and Bangor) to support the all-party group. What interests us – academics, journalists, mindfulness teachers – is the potential for public policy. What role could mindfulness play in schools, in the NHS or in the criminal justice system? But let's start with definitions, which are notoriously difficult with this phenomenon. What exactly is mindfulness? Because it has precious little to do with the pretty women sitting on beaches with their eyes closed who are usually used to illustrate articles on the subject. The only way to explain is to suggest you try. Right now. Close your eyes and bring your attention into your body, to the sensation of your feet on the ground; the movements of your breath, the expansion of your rib cage. Stay with these tiny physical sensations. Patiently. Without getting cross with yourself for getting distracted. Try it for two minutes. Unfamiliar? It is, because our minds spin with thought, and we are absent to much of our physical experience. But bringing the attention back to the most basic and essential part of living – the breath – we can slowly bring an awareness of the obsessive thought patterns and the instant reactions which on reflection we so often realise were unhelpful or even destructive. Mindfulness is both astonishingly simple and, for most of us who live in our heads, very difficult. It is also immensely rewarding, as plenty of people are discovering. I would argue that it is probably the most important life skill I am learning (after 15 years of practice, I am acutely aware that there is always more to learn). It is up there with reading, and probably in my old age with eyesight gone, it will prove more valuable to me than books. The interesting thing about mindfulness is that it would probably have stayed on the margins – a passion for only a few – if it hadn't been taken up by scientists as a subject for research 40 years ago. It started with an American scientist, Jon Kabat-Zinn, who began to research its value in dealing with chronic pain. It is now widely used in hospitals all over the world. An international team, including Mark Williams, a psychologist at the University of Oxford, then led research trials into mindfulness as a treatment for recurrent depression. Their success led to the National Institute of Clinical Excellence recommending it as a treatment. There are now passionate advocates within the NHS running projects around the country. But increasingly, academics such as Willem Kuyken, a psychologist at Exeter University, are asking whether, if mindfulness can work for depression and pain, anyone else might benefit? What role could it play in schools, and could it help our national epidemic of mental ill health in adolescents? The analogy that Kabat-Zinn uses is with jogging. In the 1960s when he started running, people thought him a bit odd. Now on a Sunday morning parks and streets are full of people pounding away. The take-up rate for mindfulness, Kabat-Zinn says, is much sharper than for jogging. In another decade, one can imagine that it will be widely accepted and understood as a valuable way to look after your mental health. Just as physical exercise is vital to a desk-bound workforce, so mindfulness will come to be seen as vital for dealing with the complexity of our information-rich lives. What mindfulness slowly brings to our understanding is how much our experience is shaped by our minds. To have that insight as a personal experience rather than something one reads in the growing body of scientific literature on the subject is transformational. It loosens that reactivity which can trap us in a limiting loop, and allows for very different responses which can manifest in all kinds of ways – greater creativity, more empathy, more patience, less judgment. Some call this a mindfulness revolution but, like Jonathan Rowson at the Royal Society of Arts in a recent thoughtful blog, I think the jury is still out. Mindfulness is derived from Buddhist meditation, which at its heart is revolutionary in its emphasis on compassion and non-harm. It is profoundly counter-cultural in its asceticism. But this derivative has been meticulously framed as secular by a generation of scientists. They identified that the Buddha's insights into the behaviour of the human mind was resonating with breakthroughs in psychology and neuroscience. Delinked from Buddhist ethics, mindfulness could become a form of performance enhancement – some of the enthusiasm coming from the corporate sectors and military leads it dangerously in this direction. That is a real risk. As is the danger of a sort of wild west of unregulated teachers, which any cursory web search reveals is well under way. Another risk is that it becomes the privilege of the stressed middle classes who can afford the courses. Some of the most inspiring work is being done by people like Gary Heads in County Durham who is working with unemployed people. Or the project in Cardiff which taught the single mum who recently stood in front of a gathering of Welsh Assembly members to describe movingly how mindfulness had helped her to be a better parent, as well as to find the confidence for public speaking. The point is that, diligently practised, it very quietly and slowly revolutionises lives in multiple ways – sometimes small, sometimes big. And when you start noticing that process of change – both in yourself and in others – it is quite simply astonishing.

Power vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants of Human Behavior Shame: (20)The level of shame is perilously proximate to death, which may be chosen out of Shame as conscious suicide or more subtly elected by failure to take steps to prolong life. In shame we hang our heads andslink away, wishing that we were invisible. It’s destructive to emotional and psychological health, and makes us prone to physical illness. Guilt: (30)Guilt manifests itself in a variety of expressions, such as remorse, self-recrimination, masochism, and the whole gamut of symptoms of victimhood. Unconscious Guilt results in psychosomatic disease, accident proneness and suicidal behavior. Guilt provokes rage and killingfrequently is its expression. Apathy: (50)This level is characterized by poverty, despair, and hopelessness. The world and the future look bleak. Apathy is a state of helplessness, its victims needy in every way, lack not only the resources, but the energyto avail themselves of what may be available. Unless external energy is supplied by a caregiver, death through passive suicide may result. Grief: (75)This is the level of sadness, loss and dependency. Those who live at this level live a life of constant regret and depression. This is the level of mourning, bereavement, and remorse about the past. In Grief one seessadness everywhere, this level colors one’s entire level of existence. Fear: (100)From the viewpoint of this level, the world looks hazardous, full of traps and threats. Once Fear is ones focus, the endless worrisome events of the world feed it. Fear becomes obsessive and may take any form. Fear limits growth of the personality and leads to inhibition. Because it takes energy to rise above Fear, the oppressed are unable to reach a higherlevel unaided. Desire: (125)Desire moves us to expend great effort to achieve goals or obtain rewards. Desire is also the level of addiction, wherein it becomes a craving more important than life itself. Desire has to do withaccumulation and greed. Want can start us on the road to achievement. Hence Desire can become a springboard to yet higher levels of awareness. Anger: (150)As people move out of Apathy and Grief to overcome Fear as a way of life, they begin to want; Desire leads to frustration, which in turn leads to Anger. Anger expresses itself most often as resentment and revengeand is, therefore, volatile and dangerous. Since Anger stems from frustrated want, it’s based on the energy field below it. Frustration results from exaggerating the importance of desires. Anger leads easily tohatred, which has an erosion effect on all areas of a person’s life. Pride: (175)In contrast to the lower energy fields, people feel positive as they reach this level. However Pride feels good only in contrast to the lower levels.Pride is defensive and vulnerable because it’s dependent upon externalconditions, without which is can suddenly revert to a lower level. Pride is fueled by the inflated ego which is always vulnerable to attack. Hence the downside of Pride is arrogance and denial. These characteristicsblock growth. Courage: (200)At the 200 level, power first appears. Courage is the zone of exploration, accomplishment, fortitude, and determination. At the lower levels the world is seen as hopeless, sad, frightening, or frustrating, but at the level of Courage, life is seen to be exciting, challenging, and stimulating. At this level of empowerment, one is able to cope with and effectively handle the opportunities of life. Hence growth and education becomeattainable goals. Obstacles that defeat people whose consciousness is below 200 act as stimulants to those who have evolved into the first level of true power. People at this level put back into the world as muchenergy as they take; at the lower levels, populations as well as individuals drain energy from society without reciprocating. The collective level of consciousness of mankind remained at 190 for many centuries and, curiously, only jumped to its current level of 207 within the last decade. Neutrality: (250)Energy gets very positive as we get to this level. Below 250, consciousness tends to see dichotomies and take on rigid positions. The Neutral condition allows for flexibility and nonjudgmental, realisticappraisal of problems. To be Neutral mean to be relatively unattached to outcomes; not getting one’s way is no longer experienced as defeating, frightening ort frustrating. This is the level of safety. People at this levelare easy to get along with and safe to be around and associate with because they are not interested in conflict, competition or guilt. These people are comfortable and relatively undisturbed emotionally. Thisattitude is nonjudgmental and doesn’t lead to any need to control other people’s behavior. Willingness: (310)This level of consciousness might be seen as a gateway to the higher levels. At the Neutral level, jobs are done adequately, but at the level of Willingness, work is done well and success in all endeavors is common.Growth is rapid here; these are people chosen for advancement. Below the 200 calibration, people tend to be closed-minded, but by level 310, a great opening occurs. At this level, people become genuinely friendly, and social and economic success seem to follow automatically. People here are helpful to others and contribute to the good of society. They’re also willing to face inner issues and don’t have major learning blocks. With their capacity to bounce back from adversity and learn from experience, they tend to become self-correcting. Having let go of Pride, they’re willing to look at their defects and learn from others. Acceptance: (350)A this level a major transformation takes place, with the understanding that one is oneself the source and creator of the experience of one’s life. All people below 200 tend to be powerless and see themselves asvictims, at the mercy of life. This stems from a belief that the source of one’s happiness or the cause of one’s problems is “out there”. At the Acceptance stage, nothing “out there” has the capacity to make onehappy, and love isn’t something that’s given or taken away by another, but is created from within. Acceptance allows engagement in life on life’s own terms, without trying to make it conform to an agenda. The individual at this level isn’t interested in determining right or wrong, but instead is dedicated to resolving issues and finding out what to do about problems. Long-term goals take precedence over short-term ones; self discipline and mastery are prominent. Reason: (400)Intelligence and rationality rise to the forefront when the emotionalism of the lower levels is transcended. This is the level of science, medicine, and of generally increased capacity for conceptualization andcomprehension. Knowledge and education are here sought as capital. This is the level of Nobel Prize winners, great statesmen, and Supreme Court justices. Einstein, Freud, and many of the other great thinkers of history calibrate here. The shortcomings of this level involve the failure to clearly distinguish the difference between symbols and what they represent. Reason does not of itself provide a guide to truth. It produces massive amounts of information and documentation, but lacks thecapability to resolve discrepancies in data and conclusions. Reason itself, paradoxically, is the major block to reaching higher levels of consciousness. Transcending this level is relatively uncommon in oursociety. Love: (500)Love as depicted in the mass media is not what this level is about. For when this love is frustrated, it often reveals an underlying anger and dependency that it had masked. That love can turn to hate in a commonperception. Hence love never existed for hate only stems from pride not love. The 500 level is characterized by the development of a Love that is unconditional, unchanging, and permanent. It doesn’t fluctuate – its source isn’t dependent on external factors. Loving is a state of being. It’s a forgiving, nurturing, and supportive way of relating to the world. Love isn’t intellectual and doesn’t proceed from the mind; Love emanates from the heart. Love focuses on the goodness of life in all its expressions and augments that which is positive. This is the level of true happiness. Only 0.4% of the world’s population ever reaches this level of evolution of consciousness. Joy: (540)As Love becomes more and more unconditional, it begins to be experienced as inner Joy. Joy arises from within each moment of existence, rather than from any other source; 540 is also the level of healing and of spiritually based self-help groups. From level 540 up is the domain of saints, and advanced spiritual students and healers. A capacity for enormous patience and the persistence of a positive attitudein the face of prolonged adversity is characteristic of this energy field; the hallmark of this state is compassion. People who have attained this level have a notable effect on others. They’re capable of a prolonged, open gaze, which induces a state of love and peace. At the high 500s, the world one sees is illuminated by the exquisite beauty and perfection of creation. Everything happens effortlessly and by synchronicity. A Presence is felt whose power facilitates phenomena outside conventional expectations of reality, termed miraculous by the ordinary observer. Near-death experiences, characteristically transformative in their effect, have frequently allowed people to experience the energy level between 540 and 600. Peace: (600)This energy field is associated with the experience designated by such terms as transcendence, self-realization, and God-consciousness. It’s extremely rare, attained by only 1 in 10 million people. When this state is reached, the distinction between subject and object disappears, and there’s no specific focal point of perception. Perception at the level of 600 and above is sometimes reported as occurring in slow motion, suspended in time and space – nothing is stationary, and all is alive and radiant. Although this world is the same as the one seen by others, it has become continuously flowing, evolving in an exquisitely coordinated evolutionary dance in which significance and source are overwhelming. This awesome revelation takes place nonrationally, so that there is an infinite silence in the mind, which has stopped conceptualizing. That which is witnessing and that which is witnessed take on the same identity; the observer dissolves into the landscape and becomes equally the observed. Great works of art, music, and architecture that calibrate between 600 and 700 can transport us temporarily to higher levels ofconsciousness and are universally recognized as inspirational and timeless. Enlightenment: (700 – 1,000)This is the level of the Great Ones of history who originated the spiritual patterns that countless people have followed throughout the ages. This is the level of powerful inspiration; these beings set in place attractor energy fields that influence all of mankind. At this level there is no longer the experience of an individual personal self separate from others; rather, there is an identification of Self with Consciousness and Divinity. This is the peak of the evolutionary consciousness in the human realm. At this level there is no longer any identification with the physical body as “me”, and therefore, its fate is of no concern. The body is seen as merely a tool of consciousness through the intervention of mind, its prime value that of communication. This is the level of nonduality, or complete Oneness. The highest level attained by anybody who has lived inrecorded history – to wit, the Great Avatars for whom the title “Lord” is appropriate: Lord Krishna, Lord Buddha, and Lord Jesus Christ. Interesting Facts> The concept and theories behind these experiments were conducted over a 20 year period using a variety of Kinesiology tests and examinations.> Kinesiology has an almost certain 100% accuracy reading every time. It will always reveal Yes, No, True, and False answers.> Muscle Weakness on falsity, strength on truth.> Organic/Pesticide Apple Experiment example.> Artificial Sweetener Exp. (on tongue, held in hand, hidden in envelope, subjects unknowing of contents tested weak every time)> Everything that was false resulted in a weak response.> Through this test people can determine if someone is being honest, if they should be in a particular relationship, if they should be eating a particular food, if they should be going on a particular chosen holiday, etc.> Powerful patterns are associated with health, weak patterns are associated with sickness. Every thought, emotion, word & action has one pattern or the other. Every moment of our day we are either moving towards health or sickness.> Collective Consciousness: These experiments reveal that there is a higher power that connects everything and everyone. It reveals that the truth cannot be hidden even if the rational mind isn’t consciously aware of the truth. Through these tests people have come to realize the truth about things that they weren’t consciously aware even existed.> Everything calibrates at certain levels from weak to high including books, food, water, clothes, people, animals, buildings, cars, movies, sports, music etc.> A lot of music today calibrates at levels below 200. Hence it leads to behavior associated with lower energy levels of consciousness.> Most movies will weaken people who watch them by bringing their energy levels down below the 200 level of consciousness.> 85% of the human race calibrates below the critical level of 200.> The overall average level of human consciousness stands at 207.> Human consciousness was dangling at below the 200 level (190) formany centuries before it suddenly rose up to its present level some time in the mid 1980s. Hence Nostradamus’s end of the world predictionsmay have been avoided (he made his predictions at a time when human consciousness was at below the 200 level). For the world to stay at levels below 200 over a prolonged period of time would cause a great imbalance that would undoubtedly lead to the destruction of all humanity.> The power of the few individuals at the top counterbalances the weakness of the masses.> 1 individual at level 300 counterbalances 90,000 individuals below level 200> 1 individual at level 400 counterbalances 400,000 individuals below level 200> 1 individual at level 500 counterbalances 750,000 individuals below level 200> 1 individual at level 600 counterbalances 10 million individuals below level 200> 1 individual at level 700 counterbalances 70 million individuals below level 200> 12 individuals at level 700 equal one Avatar (eg. Buddha, Jesus, Krishna) at level 1,000> Any meaningful human satisfaction cannot eve n commence until the level of 250 where some degree of self confidence begins to emerge.> When one’s consciousness falls below 200 at any given moment you start to lose power and thus growweaker and more prone to be manipulated by one’s surroundings.> Parts of one’s life will calibrate at a higher level of consciousness while other parts will calibrate a lower levels. It’s the overall average that determines one’s consciousness.

Who Am I? - through the eyes of Carmen Warrington: Who am I? Am I just this body? When I look into the mirror, what am I looking at? Is that me? Is there more to me than my physical image? My body is very real, I'm aware of it's shape and size, it's appearance, it's state of health, how it feels sitting in this chair. But who am I? When I introduce myself to others, how do I let them know who I am? I may start with my name, my occupation, my relationships, my age, my address, and other descriptions about my life. But these are all physical things. These are all external descriptions of me. Is there more to me than this? Who am I? As I think about my identity, I am aware of my memories, my experiences in life, the things I have done, and the things that have been done to me. The people who have affected me, the places and the events that have influenced me. These are all part of my inner world, my inner identity. All my experiences and interactions have shaped my personality and give rise to my thoughts and feelings. I ask myself, is there still a deeper aspect to my identity? Is there an eternal part of me, that is unaffected by relationships and the world around me. What is my spiritual identity. Who am I? My spiritual identity, my eternal identity, is soul. I am soul. A being of energy. My appearance is like a tiny star. A radiant being of pure energy. A spiritual being, giving life to this physical body. I imagine how I would look separate from my body. I picture myself as a being of light, like a star, a tiny star, like the stars in the night sky. The stars in the sky are enormous worlds, so far away from us, that they seem like tiny sparkling points in the night sky. There is an enormous world that makes up who I am, but that is all contained within a tiny tiny star. I imagine myself free from all the influences of my daily life for a moment. Floating. Free, as a star. Pure, vibrant, radiant energy. Away from the influences of my life, who am I? I am a being of peace. When I look at the stars in the night sky, I feel a sense of peace and tranquility. My spiritual identity is soul, and the nature of soul, is peace. Not just a momentary absence of disturbances, but a very real, and permanent peace. Within my nature of peace, I also find love. Not the temporary love of passing phases, but a deep sense of self respect and compassion. I reconnect with my spiritual identity, with my true nature of peace, and love. When I forget who I really am, when I'm caught up in the world and its events, the roles and responsibilities that make up my daily life. Then from time to time, I am separated from my true self, and I forget my nature of peace and love. I will remember, consciously, that I am a spiritual being. This is my real identity, my eternal identity. It feels good to be in peace. The more I get to know my spiritual self in solitude, the more I can be myself when there are others around. The more I appreciate who I am, the easier it is to see others for who they are. Each one of us, a unique being. Each one of us worthy of being alive. Each of us, a spiritual being, doing our best to face the challenges of life in the physical world. I will come again soon, to this inner solitude in my true identity. Gently, I sense that I am sitting inside this body. My energy returns, and I know who I am. Enjoy it ...

The History of Mankind by Milo Manara Posted: 27/10/2013 The Italian cartoonist Milo Manara, recognized as one of the icons of erotic comics, created the following vignettes to illustrate the history of our species, from a perspective that violence, sex and current intermingle apparent normality to our days. This piece is actually titled Bolero, and belongs to a 1999 publication. Bolero, musical species, such as title, gives a touch of irony to what remains, if it is, romance in our future: Eros and violence.
