Leaving Singapore, so I'm letting my spacious master bed room now. The room is about 20+ square meters. It has aircon, one queen size bed with high quality mattress, large wardrobe, cabinet, studying desk and chair. Other required furniture can be discussed. The HDB block is immediately outside exit B of Farrer Park, near to many amenities. 2 minutes to Connexion Hotel 4 minutes walk to City Square Mall, in which you can find many shops and restaurants, and Fair Price. 5 minutes walk to Mustafa Shopping Centre (24/7) 7 minutes walk to little UK, where a hawker centre and many small shops are available. 7 minutes to Jala Basar road. 10 minutes walk to Balistier road 15 minutes walk to Lavender MRT/ICA Many famous coffee shops, eating places and restaurants around, such as, Founder Bak Kut Teh(发起人肉骨茶) Food Street Keng Fish Head Steamboat(黄埔庆鱼头炉) Ng Ah Sio Pork Rib Soup Eating House(黄亚细肉骨茶) Scissors-cut curry rice(剪刀剪咖喱饭) Swee Choon Tim Sum(瑞春点心) etc. There're still many more to be named.
