wow...this is the first time i preview this movie...the guys are cute.

i pre-ordered the dvd from a shop in singapore last month but still not ready for collection.

i did not know abt this dvd. it is the shop owner who recommend me this dvd

when i pass by the shop. he said the guys in the show are cute n good looking

i normally buy the gay theme movie dvd from that shop (eg, eternal summer,

cut sleeve boys) though the price is exp!

A new Taiwanese gay short film <沿海岸线徵友> and is only 10 min long. It was shown in the recent Taipei Film Festival in June. The story was inspired by a poem:

寂寞的年輪運轉不休

多年來，原是走錯了星球

今在此沿海岸線徵友

你鋒芒而來

我將粉身而去。

and based on the news where 92 gays were caught having "high party" in an apartment in 2004. See news:

The actors are simply georgeous .... just enjoy the movie photo's since there is no chance for this film to be screened in Singapore. The actors claimed that they are not gay but they are very 娘 in the film.

Untrue. Many gay themed movies had been screened in Singapore. The most recently is is 光夏盛年, let's not forgetting Wedding Banquet. Art festivals are the biggest draw for gay themed short films and movies too.

Singapore do have a vibrant gay sub-culture. Lots of club, pubs & saunas, which foreigners are surprised that it is as lively as the ones in their country.

Let's not forget that it was Singapore's Fridae that started the biggest Gay party in Asia, after which, then they were followed by HK, Taiwan , Japan, BKK, etc.

If you had to catch the show, you can always fly to Taiwan via budget air or wait till it is available in DVD and you can buy it from the internet, in BKK, Taiwan, HK, etc.

There are certainly more than one way to peel the skins off the banana. :D:lol:

Er...you can also ask TC (it's Top Chinese not Towel Club), he is the biggest patron of the Arts. TC got brawns and brains too. (Whoever says you can't have brawns and brains, ought to be shot.) :D:lol:

dear tampguy, sure know who you bought your dvd from, if it is in Singapore. the shopkeeper is a swindler, and sometimes practises price discrimination. Not to mention his attitude sucks at times.

but i must give it to him for taking the risk to sell such DVDs and also niche market CDs. for that I sometimes let him money rape me, what to do? haha

After watching the thai trailer, this is my rough translation:

Saw the movie while in bangkok last week.

No frontal nude, only kissing scenes. Not bad movie, but abit violent and dont like the end.

See it in thailand cinema, there are english sub, for those who cant understand thai.

Went to Golden Mile and got the album Voice Male from the 2nd level CD shop next to the exit door leading to the overhead bridge.

It comes with a VCD and a CD for $12.

The Thai sales girl was not able to find it, even after I show them the song title. I saw the album cover and decided to buy it even though they told me the song is not in there.

They told me that someone went to ask for that song too.

When I got back I found the song in the VCD. The other songs in the album is really nice. :D:lol:

Went to sauna last night, there was a guy look-alike taiwanese gay movie main actor of eternal summer. if you watched that movie, you should know what he look like cute, tanned, gym built bod...to die for. With that kind of endowment, he's quite picky. I just can dreamed of. He got a young ang mo who also after him, they both went into a cubicle within 5 minutes they finished. : that was quick. LOL. He's quite show of what he got, trying to get as many guys attention that night.

There was Bangkok Love Story, now another Love at Siam. (A puppy Love)

Can't said a totally gay movie, but a kiss scene will make you remember those puppy love you had or you wish you have.

Watched the two leading boy actors Mario Moalor as Tong and Witwisit Hirunwongkul as Mew, both cute and new look.

Must watch if you happen to be in Bangkok this month.

Another touching story and a beautiful theme song.

We will not regret it. But be warned, it is slightly longer than the regular movie, about 2hours and 30 mins.

Just watched it at the Hong Kong Lesbian & Gay Film Festval last Thursday. It was a bit slow but quite touching. At least the print was of cinematic quality. The other films I saw did not have very good prints. I managed to catch Solos - the Loo Zihan film. Although the characters did not speak, I thought the silence spoke volumes as the feelings came through powefully. Zihan was fantastic, so were Lim Yu Beng as the incestuous father and Goh Guat Kian as the mother. The "love" (if you can call the incest "love") scenes were disturbingly erotic. By far the best film I caught. I also enjoyed the other Thai film Right By Me. That was a really feel good Thai movie with a cute Thai actor as the confused jock in the closet who finally found love with his specky and braces classmate who had a crush on him. The Jap film Boys Love was touching but had a very sad ending when a crazed classmate driven by jealousy finally killed the couple. The Filipino film Twilight dancers was really OTT about gogo boys caught up in the world of shady politics in the Philippines. The "Mr Big" contest held in the gogo bar left nothing to the imagination. Unfortunately the director could not make it for the screening so we never got to know the location of the bar ... There were many other films but work beckons back here. I wonder when will Sinapore be able to stage such a fim festival. Sigh!
