Guest fatfat Posted July 9, 2019 Report Share Posted July 9, 2019 Hi Guys, just asking for some advice if why am i gaining more weight when im on diet and doing exercise everyday but i notice my tummy is getting bigger and my face is getting chubbier Im on dirty keto diet and im doing weight lifting everyday and slight cardio (20 min elliptical), and im 34. Im not sure if it is because of my age or because i have a slight depression? But one thing for sure is i dont eat much, no carbs and sugar, i exercise everyday and i dont eat super high in carbs and calorie food (probably only kfc or popeyes sometimes) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest also trying to lose weight Posted July 9, 2019 Report Share Posted July 9, 2019 I think generally people tend to overestimate calorie burn from exercise and underestimate calorie intake from food. Protein and fats are really high in calorie, if on keto and want to lose weight, really need to eat very small portion. End of day, if you are gaining weight, means you eat too much. Pretty simple. Kfc and Popeye surely not compliant with keto. It's suicidal to eat so much fats and yet consume carbo. Also, keto diet consist of fats. Fats make up majority of your diet. But doesn't mean we buffet on fats. Fats usually has super high calories. Eat less fats, even lesser proteins, completely cut off carbs. Drinks lots of water. Body recomposition is when you build muscle and lose fat simultaneously - which is a good thing! And this situation, you may not be losing weight, even though you’re losing fat.
