How do you feel after a good workout?

I get a high, and it's very addictive a good addiction, better then the high I used to get eating sweets, at least this new drug is healthy...

How do you feel, do you feel it, that high, a sense of feeling so good, your head is clear, your body feels good.

It's hard to start working out, but when you're into it, it's so great. You just feel good about yourself SCR 888 and your body...you have energy and want to eat better so not to waste all your efforts...

And the weight loss from it is healthy. People who rely only on dieting for losing weight are setting themselves up for gaining all the weight back and more after they finish their diet, but if you exercise regularly, your weight loss is for the long term...

How do you feel about working out, and do you feel good when you're done?

What you are feeling is just the dopamine and noradrenaline and yes it creates a heightened sensation.

For me immediately after an intense session i feel like i just dieded. But after a while i feel a spike or energetic for a couple of hours then dog tired.

But yes, keep it up.

Depends on many factors. Had enough rest the days before?  And whats your meal like? Fasting at wrong time also not good..  Proper discipline and planning crucial one.

My daily meals quite standard. Breakfast is a bowl of oats with some chia seeds and a handful of almonds. Lunch after gym is 2 slices of wholemeal bread with a 2 egg omelette and a scoop of protein shake. Dinner is.. either 2 slices of wholemeal bread with peanut butter or a slab of boiled chicken breast. Of course I would have a few bites of snacks here and there. I would die with this setup everyday. Oh and of course one of the weekends are cheatdays.

I've been trying out to at least go to the gym six times a week and it's really been taking its toll on me. I don't feel energetic or refreshed as everyone said I would. I would feel sore. Tired. Lethargic and unable to focus.

Sleep wise I'm getting at least 6 hours a day. Sometimes less i guess since I have part time school to survive at night .

You seen to be lack of green vegetables.... Add it to your diet. (Lots of it ) have heard many people feeling more energetic after going vegan.

I like it both but raw you gain most of the nutrition! ~ plus fiber

I thought lettuce doesnt really have much nutritional value? But I guess I can try adding more greens.

I kinda agree as well ! alot of times i can see guys jerking off in the shower (through the water reflection) and i'm very sure they are straight. I think u get hornier after an intense workout.

I think it's because the testosterone hormone is boosted up after workout. The more testosterone, the more horny, the more cum haha
