Look up Urine Therapy.  Plenty of info.  Ignore those that dismisses UT as waste, nonsense.  Focus on those websites that show testimonies of cure of dangerous diseases... cancer, HIV, AIDs, etc.  Pretty amazing.

For me, I know it cured my piles and various skin blemishes.  I think it helps to ward off many infections.

Urine is not a waste product.  The waste is from the liver and goes out via the colon.  Urine is from the kidneys, it is filtering of excess stuff that the body does not need at that moment.  It goes out via the urethra.  It is 95% pure water, 2.5% urea and 2.5% of proteins, enzymes, various bio substances.

The baby is soaking in the mothers urine during the pregnancy.  Urea is a powerful anti-cancer substance and so are dozens of other substances in the 2.5%.  Pure water e.g. those from melted glaciers, etc. are also known to be powerful as a health medium.  Urine is Nature's gift to us but we are so seduced by modern medicine and the warnings of medical experts.

For LGBT, where the risk of accidental infection is high, it is good to research UT.  At least you have some knowledge, knows with Guru in India, Australia, etc. to contact when trouble strikes.

My skin felt clearer when I applied body fluids. But I’m assuming that I probably felt emotionally and sexually satisfied so it improved my body condition, rather than medical properties of these fluids.

Which fluid? Must state properly. Urine or cum? Or both?

Urophagia

Urophagia is the consumption of urine. Urine was used in several ancient cultures for various health, healing, and cosmetic purposes; urine drinking is still practiced today, though there is no proven health benefit to it. In extreme cases, people drink urine if no other potable fluid is available, although numerous credible sources (including the US Army Field Manual) advise against it. Urine is also consumed as a sexual activity.

As an emergency survival technique

Survival guides such as the US Army Field Manual,[1] The SAS Survival Handbook,[2] and others[3][better source needed] generally advise against drinking urine for survival. These guides state that drinking urine tends to worsen rather than relieve dehydration due to the salts in it, and that urine should not be consumed in a survival situation, even when there is no other fluid available.

While some people in dire straits have drunk urine, it is unclear whether this actually helped or hindered their situation.

In one incident, Aron Ralston drank urine when trapped for several days with his arm wedged under a boulder.[4] The survivalist television host Bear Grylls drank urine and encouraged others to do so on several episodes on his TV shows.[5][6][7]

Folk medicine

Further information: Urine therapy

In various cultures, there are alternative medicine applications of human urine for medicinal or cosmetic purposes, including drinking of one's own urine; but no evidence to support its use.[8][9]

Sexual practice

Further information: Urolagnia

Some persons are sexually aroused by urine, which can include the drinking of their own or other people's urine.

U might as well drink it. Think might be better

Does it make sense to reingest what the body wants to get rid of?
