I think it depends on where your bed is, cause although the bunks are somewhat well-ventilated, some beds at the corners of the bunks tend to get stuffy even at night. So sleeping in PT shorts is the way to go. Others may sleep in PT/Admin Attire. The minority sleep in just briefs/boxers whereas the minority of the minority sleep naked. It's no big deal really.
