axefactor Posted January 8, 2020 Report Share Posted January 8, 2020 From what I observe, it's food they eat. More fried, oily and sugar laden food leads to sweat that smells. I switched to a healthier diet , cutting down on processed food and drinking more water and noticed that i smell a lot fresher now. Not that I stink in the first place But what I notice is that people who smell generally don't even realise it because they have been carrying that odor with them for years.
