Haha it was higher during the mopping. Decided to pull abit lower when taking the photo 😂

 

That was the SAF issued running shorts though

No just normal push

25 push rest and push 5 more.

At least 90 on the day i doing.

Example from morning to night

Not every day

 

Not continously

I mean 30 push each hour or 3hours later

 

I think the highest i done per day are 240

 

At least min 90 i set if i doing

 

I  done other exercise using dumbbell on other day seldom done all at the same day.

 

Bench for sit up only
