I generally prefer men around my age +/- 10 years, though now that I am 58 I find that I can find men as young as 30 attractive to me. What's important is that he acts and thinks like a MAN, and NOT a boy. Airheads turn me off, even worse if an older guy acts like he's a teenager. Love a good intelligent conversation over a range of topics, including more naughty ones! And yes, you CAN have an intelligent conversation over naughty topics.

I'm not too concerned about body shape as long as he is not skinny. Nevertheless, my favorite body shape is towards the stocky type, naturally bulky and compact. Gymbods and supermuscular turn me off. I only need to to take reasonable care of himself, ie. not overeat to the point of being morbidly obese and/or flabby, nor be so vain as to be obsessed with pumping iron to the point of ignoring everything else.
