I sweat a lot in gyms without ACs so I don't like using normal shirts. Seeing my muscles working mid-set and easier to track progress are among my main motives for choice of attire. For pants either standard shorts or if I feel good those 5 inch ones. And proper workout/ training shoes. My fav brands is 2xu, skins, under armour freeballing or wear jockstrap coz the fabric so comfy no abrasion feel so sexy wearing it like hard horny after that haha If u also ripped like me wear stringers not because show off but when u do machine etc..easy movement for the back..n u can see progress too..I prefer mesh type stringers.
