Esp now there are so many people out of job, job not easy to find. Many employees just listen to their employer even it is not right. I think MOM is not doing a very good job on handling this matter. It's creating confusion for everyone. Cause govt announced that they are allowed companies to resume work on 2 Jun and yet on the other hand say default WFH. It should result in lower costs for the employer. although it is more difficult to police. How can the employer measure "the amount of work" done from home? Maybe technology will help?
