sayfirst
Just wondering, since I have not been to the pool since it reopened: Do I have to exit the swimming complex by the end of the 1 hour swim slot, or I can swim for one hour before changing, then exit the swimming complex slightly after the allocated 1 hour swim slot? Geo
If 50m as one lap, for amateur swimmers like me, already happy able to swim nonstop 1100m (12laps) to 1300m (16laps) 😅 think depends on how ready you are ( took off shirts, quick shower before ready for the pool) and how fast you are. How can I improve the accuracy of the swim distance recorded on my device? To decrease the amount of discrepancies ensure the following: If resting between lengths, use rest intervals Use a strong push-off from the wall with a long streamlining (glide) phase Swim continuously throughout the length at a consistent pace Use one stroke type throughout each length Continue to strive for a consistent stroke pattern Try switching the watch to the other wrist Use drill log for drills that affect arm movement If drill log is not available; use rest intervals for drills that affect arm movement. If missing lengths as a strong swimmer, consider using a standard-sized pool Use one of the four recognized competitive stroke types The four recognized competitive stroke types are freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and butterfly stroke. As swimming technique improves with the use of the above instructions, distance accuracy will improve.

eminent82
For those of you who swim at Safra pools, do they allow the public to buy ticket & use the pool? I was at the MF pool today & saw quite a number of children there (one boy & his grandpa, three girls & their mum...). Are these people considered as members?
