WHAT I LIKED ABOUT THE YOGA CLASS( i attended just now)?
-Kuan is a gd Yoga Instructor,
-Kuan will teach u "BROGA YOGA",
-unlike Tommy which is open air, Kuan's class got aircon,
-after Kuan's 20min Yoga Class, is 20mins of a "GUEST TRAINER" & it ends with Seng's 20min Pilates class.
-Seng is very patient,
-Kuan's class is the same price as Classpass, which is $25 per hour.
-They start on time,
-They end on time,
-there's a water cooler,
-While Kuan teaches on stage, Seng will go round correcting one-to-one...wah got personal-attention!!!
    
                                         
WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE?
-not naked,

-no attached shower,
-cfm will sweat alot, even though its aircon,
-for some, music played is loud/blasting,
-if u forget to eat dinner u will go hungry,
-U got to bring ur own Yoga Mat.

after Yoga, my fitness tracker registered a bpm of 120, after the guest-trainer is was 125, & after pilates is was 135.
                     
5) will they( Kuan & S) organise social activities?
MAYBE, but it will take months for them to cfm, REM during these non-yoga-events they host, THEY WILL ENFORCE (1)
                
6) do they have their own place for P.T.?
YES, in the future their place is at ROWELL ROAD.
      
7) what are their TENTATIVE RATES?
PERSONAL TRAINING, 1 to 1:     $100
P.T. 2 to 1:                                   $80
GROUP Classes, 4pax               $50
GROUP Classes, more than 5: $40
        

8. what is their schedule for their classes?
it will be out in a few months, but THE WEEKLY SCHEDULE IS FIXED.

24) how come they take over Tommy?
Kuan & S initially did not want Tommy to hand-over to them,
but they thought about it, & decided to rent their own space so they can host more classes,
but they ask u be kind to them, becoz Tommy handed-over-to-them 100 students.
        
25) if i registered for the class but NO SHOW, how?
rite now there is no cancellation policy, later there will be.

26) are their classes only for gay men?
as mentioned prev, there was some married( i think). they don't discriminate, any race is welcome.

in the future, no, all classes will be taught@ BEGINNER LEVEL, but there mite be a 2nd instructor who does the more Advance-Level/Moves for u to follow.
