The new MyActiveSG+ not well communicated in the brochure distributed at swimming pools.  Did some googling and found below.

The ActiveSG+ is not an apps on Apple or Google store, I think. Until today, I can’t find it there. I suspect it’s a web based one.

Not sure if this is the answer but went swim today. The guy at the entrance said the token amount in our active sg app is disabled as they transit to the new system. In order to use the pool, buy a ticket thru the ActiveSG app using pay now. So I still using the active sg app but can’t pay with the amount that is already in the app. Instead it deducted from my bank. I guess the same for lockers but since I still had ‘mycash’ amt in the ActiveSG app I used that instead.

According to the ActiveSG app, MyActiveSG+ is a web-based platform accessed through Singpass. We have till 14 August to buy swim passes with the app, after which purchases can only be made on MyActiveSG+. "Members will receive refunds for unused passes by mid-September."

 

And if you, like myself, topped up MyCash to buy swim passes, you can use the balance to pay for goods and services till 14 August. The list of merchants is available in the ActiveSG app or just Google "ActiveSG". Some familiar merchants include Burger King, Decathlon (certain outlets) and Salad Stop.

 

Guess it'll be advisable to bookmark the weblink on our phones for easier access then. 🏊‍♂️

This whole transition is very confusing and badly managed.

Hahaha... don't panic, ok? ActiveSG+ is not an app; it's a web-based platform.

 

Ok, I just logged into ActiveSG+ and received $10 credits. To access ActiveSG+,

1) type "beta.activesg.gov.sg" in the URL

2) log in at the top right using SingPass.

 

The platform is in its beta version, which could be why it's not readily found when we Google "ActiveSG+".

I got a feeling the app ( if there is one) is still in transition stage otherwise they could have added a link in their promos. At the moment, logging into the web-base as mentioned by @JYAG-sim would earn you an extra $10 credit, for limited time only.

Thanks for the link. 
I do not know they change to web based instead of apps. 
Not understanding the detail, I find that phone apps is more convenient as we carry our phone everywhere. Although we can still access the web from phone, it’s still a 2-step process instead of 1-click. 
Anyway, we shall see….

During COVID restriction period, I booked my swim slot almost that the same time most of the time. Thus, there were familiar faces that I saw each time I was there at a certain pool.

Now that we are back to good old days where we can go to the pool anytime. I have not seen those regular faces anymore, or at least not often.

However, in the past 1-2 months, I have bumped into 2 familiar faces:

1. Mr. Marcuse from KBSC. He was tan when I met him at the pool. Recently, when I met him, he is fair. I find that he looks better with tanned skin.

2. Lunch hour uncle from GESC. He was very tan and lean back then. Bumped into him at hawker center today. He is fair now and is more meaty. "Healthier" looking with fair skin and more meaty (in a good way).

Went to delta today anround 11.30am and found a pair of black jockstrap, pink singlet and a crayon shinchan pants left at the shower area.

Extremely hot day today. Wonderful day gor swim without sunblock (a must!) 

Good to see familiar face, especially Mr Tattoo who is clean shaven. 😍🥰

 

Also need to mention someone who jumped into my lane even though I was there. At one point, he swam so near me that he touched my leg and he gave me a smile at the end of the pool. 
I went to another empty lane and after one lap, he was gone. Saw him moved to another pool. Funny character. 🤪
