They usually do waive, please call the customer officer and the amount will be deducted from your next bill. Just weave a story, saying the post man was late during CB and you overlooked, or it was send to your neighbour instead of your address....blah blah blah... Guest Guest
In the first place it should not be charge and print in the bill during the 2 month of circuit breaker. What happen if u over look the unnecessary charges. To charge $5.50 to a elderly lady with no income is consider alot.
Guest pay and?
The Gov introduces various bills to relief parties from certain payments during the Covid-19 lockdown (Circuit breaker) but there are some conditions (like sending a notification "I can't pay at the moment"). But the bill did not cover -penalties -late payment charges -charging interests and other such fees and charges. It is a matter of discretion for operators to waive such fees. Just write in or call them up. In most cases they should waive. (but it is not a must).
fab
Normally these service providers will waive once a year. superflawless
The government did not help the middle and lower income groups. They should have paused all fees, all rentals, all mortgages.
