Blogger Adam
Hello everyone and merry Christmas! I'm sure I'm not the only one facing leftover issues during the festive period. I have lots of leftover turkey and while there are dozens of variations to reversion turkey, I thought I'd pop in here to ask what you guys do with your leftovers? In the past, I ate them wholesale after sticking them into the microwave. Over the years, I've tried to toss the meat into fried rice, pasta and even boiled them to death in my congee. yuquidam
I'll slice meat into bite sizes. Stir fry well some belachan with oil, freshly grounded chilli padi, some sliced small onions and kafir lime leaves till fragrant. Then throw in the turkey meat to fry with the chilli/belachan mix. Serve hot with some freshly squeezed lime. Edited January 5, 2021 by yuquidam Blogger Adam

TopChinese
Shredded Turkey curried mayo - can be frozen in smaller tupperware and defrosted when required. Turkey pot pie? This one super easy, just saute some mirepoix before adding some leftover turkey to make the filling. Then bake with puff pastry on top for another instant show stopper boxing day dinner! Turkey stock is overrated. I never get any flavor out of the bones. Blogger Adam
