We are looking for a roommate to share a common room. -Prefer malaysian chinese,who is holding PR or EP. - $380 per month. - common room c/w air-conditioning, fan. - we stay without landlords - High floor unit, windy & cosy. - 7 tenants share a unit (3 bed rooms). - 10 min. walk to Bedok mrt station & Bedok center. - easy access to coffee shop, supermarket, sport hall, swimming pool & gym. - buses: 28,45,67,137,155,506,584,669,724.
