By the time you experience what you wrote, Vitamin C is TOO LATE as some quick remedy if any help at all. Yes taking vitamins and supplement are good if there's deficiency in your diet. Even if this is caused by some diet or deficiency, it's too late but seek direct action to remedy it.

 

But for the bleeding after sex. You have other issues at play. I had symptoms or situation similar to yours but it happen due to various reasons. From the simplest of reason, you have frictional bruising from anal sex that cause tiny blood capillaries that exist beneath your rectum wall to be broken open. This causes a minute or two of bleeding before it stops. This sensitive blood capillaries are too close to the surface and this can cause bleed out each time you have sex or as bowel scrap over them. So long those capillaries exist, this can happen till they start to form deeper in the skin tissue of your rectum wall. The bleeding can stop. That is ONE Reason. I had that happened to me.
