Sometimes, you are so fearful of getting hurt that you just play it along without putting up a struggle.  You tried to get over it as soon as possible and accommodate the rapist's advance without him turning violent against you.

 

In this situation, you are seen to be a willing party and worse of all, no evidence of injury inflicted on you.  Does this constitute as rape?
