Compared to a year ago, his massage skills have improved a lot. Medium pressure that sufficiently loosened the knots. It felt even better than those super hard and painful pressure massages that I had elsewhere. price is good and place is clean with attached bathroom. Will return soon! Go and have a go with Kenny! Nestled in the central of Singapore, easily accessible by all modes of transport and a very flexible combination of the timing you desire. You can choose from an hour to two hours on any combination of timing for yoga and massage. If you are feeling sporty, you can opt for an hour yoga plus an hour massage or you are just having a ME day then opt for an hour of pampering massage. I personally opt for 30mins yoga and an hour of massage. I must say, the yoga was intense! You get to really push your limits, test your flexibility, build up your core strength, all under the safe guidance of Kenny. He will perform the poses together with you only to tune you when you having difficulty in achieving the pose. Definitely a great 30mins well spent stretching out the muscles. Once you are done with yoga, the massage will be perform on a massage bed. You will be so grateful to be able to enjoy Kenny’s massage right after the yoga session cause the massage is so thoroughly well done! Every inch of your body will be well kneaded and touched to remove the tension, stress which you have build up either from the workout earlier or from your daily life. Precision strength and pressure will be applied on your body to massage the tension away allowing your to obtain a tranquil level of relaxation. Kenny will ask you regarding the strength of massage and also temperature in the room allowing you to really melt your body into rejuvenating relaxation or snooze mode. A moment of resting is recommended straight after the massage and conjoining shower was offered. I left his place feeling refreshed, revitalised and definitely less guilty so I can continue stuffing my face with delicious food this festive season and I will always know I can always visit Kenny again to have a wonderful yoga and massage session. Kenny is good in his massage skills. He mention that he not only went for basic massage certification but learn upgrade himself further and practise to better hone his skills. I can say that his massage skill is above average. You can count on him for the Yoga and his massage skills will definitely help you to hone those knots and tensions together with the Yoga that he instructs you.
