Guest disappointed Posted June 17, 2021 Report Share Posted June 17, 2021 Made an online order but forgot to add an extra freebie after the order was already placed. So I sent a screenshot to them which shows the system allowed an extra freebie, they got back to me with an excuse there might be a system glitch and only one freebie is offered. You can't even get any sniggers from the Malaysian immigration officers at the moment, because the checkpoints are closed for traveling. There is nobody to console you.
