Cydon Posted February 28, 2023 Report Share Posted February 28, 2023 Just had my first nude HIIT session today. The building is abit out of the way about 500m from Macpherson MRT. Does not help that today was pouring the whole day. There is a seperate area to get naked and leave your stuff in. At the start of the class, the studio turned into a dance club with psychedelic lights and heart pumping music to get you moving. The routine itself is suitable for all fitness levels and you can do at your own pace. The instructor is very friendly and gives clear instructions on the various stations plus he is hot 🤩 lol... Surprisingly after the initial awkwardness of being naked, everyone kind of got into the groove when the class started and don't feel being naked is a big deal after all.
