Finally mustered my courage and joined the last HIIT Tue session and was pleasantly surprised. For someone who is not experienced, and feels like a bull in a china shop, this was enough beginner friendly to jump (literally) straight in.
 

The session starts and ends with a quick warm up and cool down stretching. The circuit itself was intense and composed of activities with a variable difficulty but as participants remain in full control of the exercise, nothing is easier than to either slow down or take a quick breather. All this is happening under the watchful eye of the instructor, who will roam around and correct your pose or push you harder, while keeping you motivated.

 

The place itself is safe with welcoming and supportive guys. All are welcome and nobody is being judged. If you are curious, come and see for yourself! I will surely come again!

Went for the pilates class earlier. It was a good session. Instructor was friendly and provides guidance throughout. The intensity was abit harder that I thought but overall it was a good workout. Interesting to see different groups of people in the class.

It was my 3rd time to attend for HIIT. So intense that everyone sweat a lot. They combine the participants in post workout session which is great. (More choices. Haha) 
The trainor is very friendly and helpful for the HIIT session. 
Shout out to the skinny guy with firm body muscle that smells so nice. Too bad i didnt get his TG. Maybe next time. Haha✌🏻

Attended the Pilate the 2nd time. There were more students this time. The workout was more intense than the previous time with greater focus on the quads. Perspired a lot during the session when doing the different poses. The trainer also went around to adjust when we didn't do it right. A great workout!

Guest Guest First Time

Attended the HIIT session as a first timer. The exercise was manageable and thanks Rylin for being supportive and giving us the extra encouragement and making sure everyone is comfortable. The session was a series of exercises with music and you get to do different stations in a rotation basis. With everything off, it was liberating and the initial awkwardness will soon go away :)

Attended today's HIIT session for the first time. 

It was more than what I expected. I can feel my muscles crying in just that 1 hour.

The showed me how to do the steps correctly. Thanks to @NaturalBodyworks. 

It is an experience that unlike any other HIIT session. Only after you try, you feel the fun. I can only describe as... it is like being free.

Initially I was shy but as the session goes on, you won't have time to think about that. 

I would definitely recommend this session and I will definitely attend the session again to keep fit and feel free.

Attended the Pilates for my first time, very interesting class. Love that we can be so “free” and enjoy the class very much. Hope these classes can keep going as there are not many safe spaces for man to sweat + nude together!

Attended the HIIT session. The circuit consists of various different exercises and really helps to burn calories. It’s my first time I would recommend anyone that is trying to lose weight or burn fats to attend the training. Although it’s nude but you will be too tired to think of other stuffs. Enjoyed the session today. 👍👍

It was my first time attending the HIIT session and was a bit apprehensive of its intensity. However, the pleasant disposition and approachable personality of the trainer made a difference to my journey. It gives encouragement to the newbies. But definitely the work out was intense, for sure got body aches and pains the next day. Even so, it is still worth a come back. Thank  you Rylin…..

My first time attending a HIIT class even though I hit the gym regularly. Under the trainer's watchful guidance, we completed 2+ circuits of 6 exercises each. I liked that we were pushed to go as far as we could. Some stations had a 'hard mode' option for those seeking a challenge. My body is aching all over today, which is a clear sign the workout had its effect! Glad i didn't have to wear clothes - I sweated so much!

HIIT workout. It was fun. With different stations , it may look easy but you really sweat it out. Everyone was very friendly,  the coach is helpful, constantly checking on everyone. Without clothes, really no restrictions in movement. Will try again next time.

Attended and tried the new kickboxing class. The intensity and sweat out doesn’t lose out to the hiit class. Is also eye catching to see the instructor and his perspiring body.

Just tried out my first HIIT session, and it was 5/5! The welcoming atmosphere, with the freedom to go at my own pace, eased my initial fears going into the session. Regardless your fitness level, there's room for everyone, with the option to take as long a break as you need. The instructor will go around to correct your form and motivate you to do more reps — all while casting a beautiful smile. Overall, an experience that I highly recommend. As for Part 2, it's worth staying 😏

Went for the HIIT session yesterday. Trainer makes an effort to make you feel welcomed and settled in, so no worries if you are a first timer. Everyone was focused and trying their best during the workout, and it can get pretty intense if you want to push yourself harder.
