Haha, I am hitting close to 100kg in weight, hopefully will find a day I can join in and not feel so embarassed, would also be nice to find similar body type men so will feel motivated.

Attended and tried the new kickboxing class. The intensity and sweat out doesn’t lose out to the hiit class. Is also eye catching to see the instructor and his perspiring body.

Just tried out my first HIIT session, and it was 5/5! The welcoming atmosphere, with the freedom to go at my own pace, eased my initial fears going into the session. Regardless your fitness level, there's room for everyone, with the option to take as long a break as you need. The instructor will go around to correct your form and motivate you to do more reps — all while casting a beautiful smile. Overall, an experience that I highly recommend. As for Part 2, it's worth staying 😏

Went for the HIIT session yesterday. Trainer makes an effort to make you feel welcomed and settled in, so no worries if you are a first timer. Everyone was focused and trying their best during the workout, and it can get pretty intense if you want to push yourself harder.

Greatly needed some exercise to burn off excess calories, so joined the HIIT class again yesterday. Had a great sweaty nude cardio workout with fellow participants. Feeling lighter now🤣

Went for my 1st HIIT Workout Session yesterday.

 

The venue was within walking distance of both the Macpherson and Tai Seng MRT Stations. The instructor had provided helpful video directions so locating the place was a breeze.

  

The circuit consisted of 7 stations. At each station, we did a specific routine: for example, sit-up, skipping rope, push-up with star jump, wall squat, scissors leg & squat, weight squatting & hopscotch. Duration per station: 30 second exercise, 20 seconds rest and another 30 second of exercise. We took the cue from the music on duration and rotated between stations in a counter-clockwise direction.

 

The instructor was welcoming, patient and concerned for the safety of all participants. He observed that I was new to skipping rope and suggested that I avoided using an actual skipping rope to avoid entanglement and possible injury but should instead simulate the movement of skipping rope.

 

The lack of attire was not too much of an issue as everyone was preoccupied with doing the exercises correctly and burning calories.

 

The work-out was strenuous but enjoyable. Lost 0.8 kg the following morning. I will come again.
