Attended the kickboxing class tonight. Quite liberating to be kicking and punching in the nude. Instructions from instructor is clear and easy to follow. Suitable for people of various fitness levels and age.

Overweight guy here who has not been working out for 2 years. Decided to text instructor and join the HIIT session to motivate myself to start working out again.

Was super nervous before the session as I was super self-conscious and did not know what to rly expect.

 

Went to the studio as per instructor's directions and i found myself in a dimly lit, air-conditioned studio where I was greeted by the instructor in his brief. I was brought to a separate room to undress myself and discovered that 2 other guys were already naked. With that being said, we were all quite shy and were covering up our parts with towels.

Before the start of the workout, people are free to mingle and chat with each other, people are generally friendly. However if you are shy like me, it is perfectly ok to just chill at one side.

 

Workout session started with instructor leading the warm-up, then demonstrating the 7 stations that we would be rotating through. The 7 stations include squat, push-up with burpees, sit ups, etc. You will be doing 30s of the exercise of your station, with 20s of rest and then another 30s of the same exercise before rotating to the next station.

 

The workout itself was challenging for me and i was sweating hard by the 2nd station. Instructor was helpful and was walking around to check up on participants. Seeing other naked participants was quite fun too, although to be honest you will not have much time to have naughty thoughts given how tired you will be. My balls are also a bit sore after all the jumping and squatting but then I have not done these exercises in a while.

 

In summary, good HIIT workout session with the nude element being a really nice experience. Will be back for more sessions if time permit.

 

I did not join the post work out as I was shy but definitely something i will look into in the future.

 

Shout out to a certain J who was at the session too, will aspire to have a bod like you. Also just realised that I actually leaked a bit when I went back home, may be I should have joined the post work-out after all.

Went to another session of HIIT yesterday.

The venue is close to the Tai Seng MRT Station on the Circle Line.

The circuit consisted of 7 stations. At each station, we did a specific routine: for example, sit-up, push-up with star jump, wall squat, scissors leg & squat, weight squatting & hopscotch. Duration per station: 30 second exercise, 20 seconds rest and another 30 second of exercise. We took the cue from the music on duration and rotated between stations in a counter-clockwise direction.

The instructor was welcoming and concerned for the safety of all participants.

Overall, the work-out was strenuous and quite enjoyable.

Thank you, nice to know what to expect during a session, so can be mentally prepared. Is it awkward for you to be exercising in the nude?

Attended kickboxing session today for the first time - the instructions to the venue are very clear. As a newbie to this whole nude workout environment, I can attest that whole class is beginner friendly. You get a longer water break in between and the pace is similar to the classes at Fitness First where you get short 10 sec interval breaks in between each set of moves.  It was quite an experience doing fly kicks in the nude.

 

I counted about 10+ attendees and everyone gets enough space in the studio. Saw 2-3 eye candies in the group -would definitely go back again to explore further.

went for the yoga sesh and i really like it. Very calming even if it's tough at some of the poses lol. Best part is not having to think of what to wear for yoga hahah easy game. I was shy but the intimate space was really nice that i could open up and just do it 10/10 would recommend

Trainer was really nice and welcoming and he really felt professional af no cap. If you were giving up he would motivate you and also he gave variations for those who could do like heavier weights. Everyone is nude and ofc it was a tiny bit awkward at first but it surprisingly felt quite liberating and fun once the workout started.
Left today’s class super worked out especially on my legs. Class was surprisingly challenging! Like it’s definitely worth the price you pay. Probably like on-par with any normal HIIT class. Today there was like a mix of standard body weight workouts like burpees, plankjacks, sit ups etc but also some that used some minimal equipment like weighted squats and wall sits, jump rope, and hopscotch. The sweat was a lil intense tho fr. Was literally sliding on the floor during the second round of sit ups. 

Student composition was a mix of all ages and fitness levels. Had some cute gym fit guys, some leaner, some stronger, some average, and some overweight. Got some relatively younger first timers like me too lulz.

Overall, it was a good class and I had a good workout! :)

Attend tonight's HIIT (as a first-timer) after trying out kickboxing last week - it was really a good workout especially on the legs! Spotted a few eye candies as usual. It really hits different working out in the nude with like-minded individuals. During the short 20 seconds break in between the exercises, I was looking at my eye candies to motivate me to go further.  There are younger, fit and cute guys in the class - the quality of the participants exceeded my expectations. No regrets staying for post workout this time!

Attended my first ever Pilates class. Was nervous initially but all sense of embarrassment was pushed aside and replaced with pain! Hahah. Never realized how out of shape I have been. But it was a great way to start working out again. Private and cozy area. People were nice and welcoming. A true sense of freedom from being in the natural state.

First time attended the kickboxing session today, had previously attended the HIIT session a few weeks back. 

Definitely had a positive experience at the kickboxing session, doing the workout in the nude. Today there were about 10 participants, quite a few eye candies to motivate myself throughout the workout. 

The instructor is also very energetic and really sets a good tone for the workout. I had no prior experience in any body combat/kickboxing classes before this session but the instructor made the martial art inspired moves really easy to follow. The workout was intense too, everyone was drenched in sweat halfway through the session and my arm was burning.

If you are looking to change up your work out routine or experience something new, would highly recommend you to try out the session: cute instructor, good workout with many eye candies to motivate your workout, would definitely be back again!

Got to try pilates for the very first time & didn’t have to think of what to wear for the workout. Although they say it’s beginners class, it’s really really tough on your muscles. I did pause for a lot of breaks when the instructor wasn’t looking hahahaha😅

 

The instructor was very encouraging & will check on everyone, to make sure we are okay & our exercise form is correct. 
 

Overall a great experience to have & looking forward to more sessions like this.✌🏻
