I attended the HIIT workout session on Tuesday, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was fantastic, with around 10 of us participating, which felt like a good number for a focused and engaging session. Although I'm new to HIIT, the intensity was just right, challenging but manageable even for someone who exercises regularly.

 

The instructor was attentive and observant, ensuring we all performed the exercises correctly. I felt comfortable throughout, and the post-workout session was a nice bonus. I highly recommend joining both the HIIT and post-workout session.

I attended the Kickboxing session on Tuesday for the first time. The instructor was very welcoming, and also did a pulse check whether anyone had any injuries before and during the workout. Never too safe to be safe I suppose? It was a small group that night, and the session started on time after we’ve put our barang and clothes in the other room, and the workout was conducted just in our running shoes.
 

The workout had a good vibe, and I had no issues following the instructor. Like all of us, the instructor’s nude as well, and we all started sweating even though it was air-conditioned. Everyone’s fixated on the workout, so there’s not much issue being naked since the exercise took the attention out of the way. There was a good build up in complexity of the movements, and the instructor also added in some moves for those of us who wanted to try more challenging movements.
 

I had to wipedown quite a few times during the workout as my face and body gets sweaty fast. The instructor also was candid and encouraging, and also corrected our positions during the exercises. The workout was a full 60 minutes of cardio, with short breathing breaks between tracks.

 

The venue is easy to locate, but like what others had mentioned, there are no showering facilities available. 

 

Recommend for those who want to sweat it out, and don’t mind getting DOMS the following day. Mine was mainly on the glutes because of the kicks!

I attend the last session. I enjoyed the session as you learned how to edge others while also learning how to control yourself from orgasm while being edge.

 

There is no anal happening during the edge session. Is more focused on edging and some element of sensual massage.

"As far as I recall, the building does not provide shower facilities, nor does it permit any intimate activities. The instructor typically reviews the house rules before each session. If you're seeking locations with shower amenities and a more relaxed approach to such activities, I would recommend considering Keybox or Ten Men instead."

Tried it once, totally had fun and I must say that the whole session was a very exceptional experience for me.

everyone was very patient and gentle with each other. Had a lot of participants that’s why the whole session almost took 2 hours and was definitely worth it. The venue was dim lighted which is just the right amount of darkness and brightness.

will definitely try another session if I have a chance.

 

They have a sink so you can wash and wipe yourself after the session and was highlighted at first that there are no shower area so cannot complain on that. Instructor had specifically warned that no anal activity is allowed.

Nude HIIT is really something! 

 

After most of the participants had arrived, the session started with a short warm up and the instructor brought us through the various exercises. The exercise was held in a studio, with one side curtains rolled down. A small table was placed in the centre, where we put our bottles, and was encircled by 9 stations. The routine was simple: 30 seconds of exercise, followed by 20 seconds of break, and then 30 seconds at the same station again, then 20 seconds of break while moving to the next station. There was a soundtrack in the background which counted down during the break and had music when it was time for exercise. We completed 1 round of 9, took a short drink, and finished up with another 7 stations. Overall, the routine was about 35 to 40 minutes, excluding 5 minutes of warm ups and cool downs. 

 

The exercises were easy to execute, but do wear good footwear as there's quite a bit of jumping/skipping/hopping. The focus that week seemed to be core and lower body centric -- the stations included sit-up, leg raises, squats, skipping, wall sit, plank jack, hopscotch, high knees. The stations were quite balanced in the intensity, but it is at each man's comfort level and speed. One of the participants had some knee injury, and the instructor told him to do a less intensive version of high knees instead.

 

At the beginning, the workout seemed manageable, and since the stations were arranged in a circle along the side of the room, you pretty much had a good view of everyone working out. The instructor would go around the room coaching on getting the right postures to isolate the particular muscles during the workout. For instance, he corrected my wall sit as it was too low, and asked me to sit higher. As time passed, the 30 seconds workout started to take a toll as the fatigue set in, and after the first set, you could see most of us huffing and puffing. 

 

Some of the guys were late, but they joined in to the empty stations, as the instructor took them through station by station patiently. One of them started the workout slightly hardened, but subsided after the next few stations. The advantage of cycling through station by station is that you don't have to remember by heart the different stations, because you can look at the next station and recall before you move. It's my first time taking HIIT after NS, so I had no idea how the programme would be like. But it was easy to follow, and the instructor also pushed us if he had seen us slacking out a bit, since what's the point of H'I'IT without the intensity? 

 

The class size had 9 participants, with a good mix. I had interacted with some of the guys, and also realised they were first-timers too. In terms of intensity, the workout hit my maximum heart rate and by the end of it, I was quite tired out, even though the exercises were all body-weight exercises. Recommended for beginners and can't wait for the next session!

Just attended the kickboxing session! The class was great and would highly recommend!  As first timer in kick-boxing or any combat class for that matter, the class was fairly easy to follow and the instructor was very instructive and passionate. I quite enjoyed how the instructor gave alternative movements during the sets, so you can choose what you’re more comfortable with. 
 

Honestly, I was nervous in the beginning but after awhile, everyone was focused on the moves, so there was not much to be nervous about. Also, I have never sweat so much in my life. Moving forward, I would recommend bringing two towels, one for during the workout and one for after. Hahaha 

 

Overall great class, looking forward for the next one! If only there were most slots during the week.

Tried out the HIIT session today for the first time with the intention to exercise, have some fun and meet people. I think everyone was a bit awkward initially in the nude. But once the exercises commence, everyone was focusing on them and it was kind of fun and liberating. The exercises are definitely beginner friendly and anyone can do them. The instructor also regularly check your form haha to make sure u r doing it right! It was a great workout and post workout was amazing too. I’m glad I came cos of the people I met! Will recommend to others to try :)
