Examples like wall squat, sit up, star jump etc. Instructor will lead the workout with warm ups and cool downs at the end. The stations were beginner friendly, however you definitely can feel the "burn". Which is good cause your muscles are reaching its lactate threshold. Instructor was warm, engaging and check on your safety and form regularly.
