torture2002
just attended the HIIT circuit. it was a nice experience. tired but shiok. we did various exercises (from squats, push-up, jumps to crunches etc) at different stations in a circuit format. the friendly & body-fit instructor will go around to give encouragements and to correct the postures. basically workouts are done at own pace. working out naked introduces a new and exciting way to burn calories and is great for those of us who don’t like the restriction of clothing. commercial gyms do not allowed working out shirtless, let alone in birthday suit. if you wear clothes whilst you work out, you are technically not giving your skin enough room to breathe. when you sweat, your body release toxins, and by wearing tight workout clothes, you’re weakening your skin by reabsorbing sweat that is released. free from your clothes as you workout, your body will be more flexible, allowing you to truly maximize the workouts. everyone should give it a try. nodresscode and Dirtyme 1

leglenn23
I have decided to join the HIIT session to increase my weekly number of exercises. At first, I thought the exercises were manageable during the briefing due to my PT training experience. However, I was wrong, and it can be a bit intense after each rep. The trainer was helpful and provided practical guidance. He tried to motivate you to do more. The advice provided was useful for me to consult my PT coach to train and improve in a particular area (core, etc.). I would attend the session again. I won’t comment much on the post-workout and do not DM me for the post-workout. nodresscode and StockBottom 1

Guest abc
finally got to attending the HIIT session after coming across this thread. it's a safe space with a good mix of people of different body types. as many have shared, the circuit training is as intense as you want it to be so it's good for people across all fitness levels. coach is friendly, sporting and also, not forgetting, a hottie so it makes working out under his watchful eyes quite the thrill. there's something about exercising with only your shoes (and watch) on that makes the experience very freeing but also just a little bit naughty. eminent82
Went for my first pilates class. The workout/stretch can be quite intense for a person with tight muscles like me. Fortunately, the friendly instructor was checking on each participant constantly to ensure we maintain a correct posture & gave encouragement. Was sweating profusely at the end of the session (luckily not wearing anything, else will go home in sweaty clothes🤣) StockBottom and bluerunner 1
momo-kun
Was curious about the Pilate class so went to join one last evening. Didn't expect it to be quite challenging. Perspired a lot while engaging the core quite a bit throughout the session. The instructor was quite a hunk. That motivated me to try to keep up. Lol. cutejack and StockBottom 1

Atram
Finally mustered my courage and joined the last HIIT Tue session and was pleasantly surprised. For someone who is not experienced, and feels like a bull in a china shop, this was enough beginner friendly to jump (literally) straight in. The session starts and ends with a quick warm up and cool down stretching. The circuit itself was intense and composed of activities with a variable difficulty but as participants remain in full control of the exercise, nothing is easier than to either slow down or take a quick breather. All this is happening under the watchful eye of the instructor, who will roam around and correct your pose or push you harder, while keeping you motivated. The place itself is safe with welcoming and supportive guys. All are welcome and nobody is being judged. If you are curious, come and see for yourself! I will surely come again! nodresscode and StockBottom 1

momo-kun
Attended the Pilate the 2nd time. There were more students this time. The workout was more intense than the previous time with greater focus on the quads. Perspired a lot during the session when doing the different poses. The trainer also went around to adjust when we didn't do it right. A great workout!

Guest Guest First Time
Attended the HIIT session as a first timer. The exercise was manageable and thanks Rylin for being supportive and giving us the extra encouragement and making sure everyone is comfortable. The session was a series of exercises with music and you get to do different stations in a rotation basis. With everything off, it was liberating and the initial awkwardness will soon go away :)
Justanotherguy1992
Attended today's HIIT session for the first time. It was more than what I expected. I can feel my muscles crying in just that 1 hour. The showed me how to do the steps correctly. Thanks to @NaturalBodyworks. It is an experience that unlike any other HIIT session. Only after you try, you feel the fun. I can only describe as... it is like being free. Initially I was shy but as the session goes on, you won't have time to think about that. I would definitely recommend this session and I will definitely attend the session again to keep fit and feel free. Guest Guest
Attended the HIIT session. The circuit consists of various different exercises and really helps to burn calories. It’s my first time I would recommend anyone that is trying to lose weight or burn fats to attend the training. Although it’s nude but you will be too tired to think of other stuffs. Enjoyed the session today. 👍👍
Guest Guest J
👍👍👍👍👍 It was my first time attending the HIIT session and was a bit apprehensive of its intensity. However, the pleasant disposition and approachable personality of the trainer made a difference to my journey. It gives encouragement to the newbies. But definitely the work out was intense, for sure got body aches and pains the next day. Even so, it is still worth a come back. Thank you Rylin….. Guest Guest
My first time attending a HIIT class even though I hit the gym regularly. Under the trainer's watchful guidance, we completed 2+ circuits of 6 exercises each. I liked that we were pushed to go as far as we could. Some stations had a 'hard mode' option for those seeking a challenge. My body is aching all over today, which is a clear sign the workout had its effect! Glad i didn't have to wear clothes - I sweated so much!
