yoyo74 Posted January 1, 2022 Report Share Posted January 1, 2022 Yes best to clear bowel before an intense exercise so that you wont feel the need to shit when exercise half way. For me i got one problem and it only happens after i reach around mid or late 30s. After shitting i need to rest a bit maybe at least 30mins before i do any intense exercise or my anal area will become swollen and feel the need to shit again.
