Try Ice cube, rub every morning until it melt. The eye bag will shrink.  Those cold spoon press method are useless.

This is terrible advice unless you want someone to get a freezer burn.

Get refa roller. Expensive but good.

Already doing that for decades but still can't get rid of it on one side.

I suspect it's because I sleep on that side.

Eye specialist from SNEC and my facial therapist recommend using warm towel.

I guess yours is the cold method. Have you tried before? Is it effective?

Nothing topical works because the problem is actually loss of volume. The only thing that works is injectable filler to replace lost volume.

Yes, effective.  You see the bag sucked in and the puffiness flatten.  You need to do it everyday, consistently, you can stop a few days once you see result or continue without stopping.  You can develop it as a regular habbit.   The result can be seen in a month.

Can I trouble you to explain how exactly do you do it?

Wrap the ice cube with a towel and rub along the lower eye lids?

For eye bags, the only real option is blepharoplasty.

I try to avoid invasive treatment. It's not as serious as of now.

He said puffy eyes which is different from droopy eye bag due to lack of collagen.

People used to recommend cold spoon or cold jelly bag, but their temperature won't last beyond 1 minute after taking out of the fridge.

You can wrap one ice cube using a cloth to get a firm hold of it and also prevent the melted ice from dripping all over.   Then, like eyes roller, massage it along your puffy eyes.  You must bear with the painful icy feelings because the skin around our eyes are quite thin.  I thought the painful the better.  Rub on both side of your eyes until the ice is about 90% melted which took about 10 minutes.  Do it every morning when you wake up because that is the time your puffiness are most prominent.

Other regime include not straining your eyes reading book or smart phone while lying on bed.   Sleep long hours, when you eyes closed, the skin tightened around the eyes and pulled flat the puffiness.

Try for one month non-stop, it works for non serious case.  If you see a slight crease along the line of puffiness after it has flattened, conceal the line with BB cream and it will  not be noticeable..

Post here after 1 month to tell your story.

this is advice is shit at best, dangerous at worst. Seriously, this is a total waste of time, will have no lasting benefit and has potential to damage the skin around the eye and also create unsightly broken capillaries.

I believe you are going to try it quietly.  Don't try to pretend

Warm but not scalding used tea bags , placed on skin , reduces but not rid eye bags.

Only plastic surgery can remove fat pads under skin surrounding eyes.

The rest are all cosmetic temporary relief

I am a silence member, and I log in once a while.

I do “wet-cupping” (拔罐放血) for many people and old folks.

在攒竹穴、承泣穴、太阳穴放血。不留伤疤,肯定消。

In the entire BW forum, I am the only one can do it. In fact, in the entire Singapore, only a few Chinese can do 拔罐放血。

Caffeine is a proven tightening ingredient. However if the eyebags are obvious, then caffeine works only temporarily. It does not “dissolve” the fats underneath the skin nor make it disappear. It just tightens the skin to make the eyebag less visible.

If you obey all the rules, you miss all the fun.

Eye bags is a combination of lost of elastin and collagen, plus sodium and water retention

Retinol eye cream can help most of dark circles, eye bags, wrinkles on a basic level

Caffeine eye cream works as a temporarily reduce puff, esp good in the morning routine when you go to work, looking more fresh.

Buy those 50s eye mask with collagen, ceramides, peptides, retinol and use it on alternate days

Lastly respect sleep and get 8 H of quality sleep. Which means track your sleep using tracker.

These will be coping strategy but will not be a cure. Will share the advance level next time.

Nothing in this sentence is correct either.

Its not lost of volume, its the lost of elastin which allows more water to droop down like a water bag. Something like moobs

Filler is to fill up more volume, why will people inject more volume eye bag???? The goal is to flatten them.

That is for tear trough! -_-
