has anybody received this email from heiwa's insurance co. on the following information for them to process the refund? 

 

Kindly also provide us your insurance certificate number (sent to you via SMS upon signing up the package) so we can check your records. 

 

When you purchased a package under ‘Aura Clinic & Spa’, the Spa operator was required to register an insurance policy for your payment.  This requirement was mandated for CASE-Trusted Spa outlet, which intends to give consumers an extra layer of protection in case if the Spa operator cannot fulfil their obligations.
