Really enjoyed learning all the different stretches and poses during the session. I’ve also learn more about yoga as well since I’m a newbie. Some parts are also stretched and a bit more flexible than before doing it. Overall, it has been great and nice knowing the participants as well. Only issue might be the location as it’s quite a distance away from the MRT. If there’s ever a more centralised location that is more convenient, then that would be better. Cheers! Like the poses that really stretch, didnt know there are many areas that really needed it. Nice ambience, very calming, and sheltered from the noise from the street. Very calming.
