Hi BigBang, I'm currently on intermittent fasting (18:6) and I'm also building up my muscle mass. I'm 190 and around 81 kg (was previously 78 kg) and I'm quite ripped. I find that protein powders are the easiest way for me to get in sufficient protein everyday. I get at least 56 grams of protein from my protein powders (4 scoops on the weekdays when I'm working out) and I also make sure that I consume proteins during my lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. I enjoy a protein bar and a bowl of greek yogurt during my afternoon snack. I don't really count calories, but I do know I don't want to bulk up as I want to retain my ripped physique so I am content to slowly add muscle mass. My goal would be to get to maybe around 85 kg and stay around that weight.
