Hey kings, I hear these phrases often :

1."It's not how much weight you move, but how you move that weight",

2. "No pain doesn't mean no gain". 

 

Need some wisdom on knowing when to grind, and when to be delicate and graceful when lifting. My sleep and diet are realistically on point. My current concern would be to add emphasis to the peripheries, or basically the X-frame. Any inputs from bodybuilding vets will be appreciated. 👊
