Hello! I am a hard gainer and currently skinny fat, and I am joining a competition in two months and it will require me to lift people as part of the choreography. I am the weakest member in the team.

Does anyone have any advice how to gain muscle fast? Advice on diets or workouts, or even recommended routines/exercises are much appreciated 😭😭 Thank you!

About fast result, I can talk that isn't possible. In every kind of tasks you need think more about process, only by the time you'll gain good result of it.

In training going the same. You'll never gain muscles if you'll be thinking all the time about them. Just create your own healthy and protein diet, your personal training routine. For this can advice bestbodyworkout.com where I see some fitness tricks. And start doing it. Just have fun while you eat healthy food and train a bit. Result will became, just chill

Joining competition to lift people up... nice. I normally can lift people up slightly more than my weight and also must see the competition is there a fix method to lift people up or we can improvise ourselves. I can show you some easier method to lift people up if there is no rules about the method of lifting

I am not sure how 'fast ' is your requirement, like how much muscle mass you want? From my experience, it is possible to gain maybe about 4 - 5kg of muscle mass, if provided you do everything right; exercise the right way, proper nutrition and sleep well with recovery.

Also you did not mention what kind of competition... but from your description of lifting people up due to a part of choreography, i assume it is dance related, or some cheerleading action.

If time is really a factor, not to mention now that it is already end july, you might consider spend some money get a good personal trainer to help you, and it is worth it.

Otherwise, just focus on doing strength training that helps you to get the strength to lift people.. .some examples like overhead press, back squat, deadlift etc.

I think what you need is to gain strength fast, particularly isometric strength. If you have to hold a person on your shoulders, then work on static strength by doing partial barbell squats or pin squats. And overhead presses, best to find a machine to do it so you can safely overload. Nothing worse than injuring yourself if you train too heavy (since your post seem to indicate that you don't really gym).
