What a shame, what a shame. Back to AQTH, 715 will definitely be nom for Best Actor for Star Awards. It’s not easy to ace a comical role. He is my best bet to win next and it’s about time he should snatch the trophy. Very tired of CHW winning all the time. CL should have won it last year. Sigh. Also, I see an acting improvement and maturity acting delivered by XB.It was a totally an upgrade from his last drama. Maybe fatherhood has changed him. I will be disappointed if he is not nominated for Best Actor. As for female leads, Carrie has met expectation for her performance in the drama. Her role is likeable and has chemistry with 715. No doubt, she will be nominated for the acting category. YaHui has quite a few meaty scenes in the drama and if she manage to pull it off, it might help to pave her way up the A list. I’d say she is the dark horse and contender for Best Actress. Upcoming spoilers: the lead will time travel four times. Yahui will become a wushu master and also boss of Xian Cao Tang. Expand Indeed.... quite a good effort I must say. Interesting style of story-telling and filming. Xu Bin has really come into his own with this role. I find myself finishing my daily chores to sit in front the TV nightly for the past week... it's good this show comes on at 11pm where I'm at... I find this drama story line another cannot make it mdc drama series. But the songs in this drama are nice. The song 《迟》 by 石康钧 very nice song.
