Info from Wikipedia not necessarily accurate especially when it comes to future dramas. That said, Mediacorp's definition of a "blockbuster" merely seems to mean that it has an extra-large cast and/or lots of A-listers. Take the current 9pm soccer show for example. Large cast, but doesn't look like it has a bigger budget than usual, same old locations and few soccer scenes. It seems only the year-end "blockbuster" actually gets a higher budget and grander concept than usual plus possible overseas filming.
