About this show..Super low budget..just a group of "mature" artistes talking away..Should appeal to the "mature" set of audience..like me.. Apart from her high-definition wrinkles controversy in The Ultimatum (2009) which saw Imedeen and Garnier pulling out her ads, another reason is that Mediacorp priced her rate too high when she was actually an endorsement jinx. Faced with this increasingly irrelevant old hag who is out of touch with the general purchasing public, of course advertisers preferred her younger peers like Jeanette Aw and Joanne Peh. They were cheaper to hire, had a social media presence and were more marketable. And she continued to price herself high, very illogically, to continue the illusion of market value when in reality her market value had plummeted drastically. Even Xiang Yun has continued endorsements for Beijing 101 and Stressbelly and earning comfortably as a veteran actress, while Zoe has no endorsements at all. He would likely be a better choice. Zhang Zhen Huan can then take over Tan's role. Once again, the female actresses are too old for their roles... sigh!
