I wont compare to older more experienced ones bcos his acting exp not much...as he mainly did modelling in the past. At least some new ppl on local tv. N also good for local actors...different work partners...more networking etc. Maybe its is true if u r really good...u would be hot property in your own country. But so many ppl are not..he is not the only one....else wont see so many actors working in countries other than other own. For some...working in one country is not long term...believe their agency send them here for a few projects n then will go elsewhere.
