I don't expect much nor watch many of their shows. But they do need to bring in new guys. No male eyes candy born in the 90s so far. Mediacorp also own by gov and budget don't know how much. If actors can earn good money and with plenty endorsement, I think they will stay lah. Some people also like to be in the lime light. Elvin is the only very successful one that I see. Some more not from star search. Looks still important. Now, I only know Shane pow born in 1990. The rest I don't know le. I also no need to sing, dance or host programs regularly. The money is good, I have endorsement. I am rich enough to live in a good landed property. If I work in a regular job, don't know if I can achieve all these materials wealth in the same time frame. Plus in between shooting a show, have time to travel and do things I like. What's there to complain? Most importantly, company still want me. Just got to manage the finance wisely so that the day when the company ask me to go, can retire comfortably.
