Basic pay for A lister to Clister vary The bonuses come from pdt endorsement but do take note tt mdc take a commission cut. Used to be worse BUT nowadays mdc allow artiste to be signes under either TCA or other artiste managing companies..so the split isnt as bad as previously. This frees up the artistes tiem and empowers then with the ability to take on assignments overseas which generally pays better than local pdtns.
