在1985年到1998年，《人在旅途》《调色板》《出人头地》《窈窕淑女》《浮沉》《缘尽今生》《金枕头》《一路风尘》《情丝万缕》《潮州家族》等一批讲述家族史以及新青年的恋爱时装大剧，还有《莲花争霸》《东游记》《鹤啸九天》《绝代双雄》《神雕侠侣》等古装大剧，都让新加坡剧在内地火得一塌糊涂。 那个时代里，郑惠玉、陈丽萍、陈丽贞、郭妃丽、郑秀珍、李南星、陈之财、范文芳、李铭顺等新加坡俊男美女都被这些剧碰得红得发紫，简直不亚于港台明星！ 可到了21世纪，曾经辉煌过的新加坡剧光芒不再。最近翻越新闻，除了2008年热播新加坡剧《小娘惹》被郭靖宇导演翻拍成内地版，而在《甄嬛传》《人民的名义》《延禧攻略》《东宫》《风筝》《伪装者》《都挺好》刷屏的内地剧时代，过去十年能让内地观众说得出名字的新剧，几乎为零。 新加坡剧到底出了什么致命问题？到底他们是如何走向巅峰？又是如何衰落的呢？下面就根据资料看一看。 电视在新加坡早在1960年开始电视制作，新加坡广播局自黑白电视时代，既有意思发展戏剧组，先后拍了不少黑白单元剧及后来的彩色连续剧，如《家在大巴窑》及《绿野同心》等，都获得到了好评。但时间久远，这些剧已经找不到视频。 新加坡电视台前名是RTS(RADIO AND TELEVISION SINGAPORE)在1980年从政府指定为法定机构开始，才真正大事发展色彩的华语戏剧组。 当时改名为新加坡广播机构（简称新广），英文名叫Singapore Broadcasting Corporation(简称SBC)，希望在电视制作上发展具有本地特色的华语连续剧。 为了增加戏剧组的阵容，在1982年，新加坡电视台请了不少香港电视制作人来新助阵，这些人才包括在香港丽的电视台拍摄著名的《浮生六劫》的江龙，还有欧玉盛，蔡萱（蔡澜弟弟），台湾资深望重的音乐制作人翁清溪等。 第一部配音连续剧《实里达大劫案》在1982年5月27日开镜拍摄，剧情里拍摄飞车和开枪镜头都是本地头一次，引起社会各界的注意。次年，《新兵小传》，该剧获得一致好评，年青的演员王玉青(原名林春泰)很受观众的欢迎,新广的"明星偶像"也就开始此逐渐形成！ 后来也接着拍摄《圣淘沙之旅》和《晚来风急》同样短集连续剧，另外一方面开始办新广第一届演员训练班 983年是新加坡剧一个巨大转折点，大名鼎鼎香港电视制作人梁立人也加入新广为戏剧处处长，据说他当年在香港曾受《天蚕变》《大地恩情》《跛豪》金牌制作人萧若元打压，从而远赴新加坡去大展宏图。 他的走马上任后，由于权力、资源、金钱、人脉都有了，开始实行双线发展戏剧节目，投拍超级大剧《雾锁南洋》，从此一发不可收。 当时，历史意义的大戏《雾锁南洋》由于牵涉的背景和人物都很庞大，他提议建设一条新加坡早期开拓者初期的街道，以供往后拍摄用途。 自1984年在我国播出的《雾锁南洋》开始，我国引进的新加坡电视剧至今已逾60部，新加坡电视剧曾经也像现如今的韩剧一样，在中国电视荧屏上红极一时。 新加坡连续剧以其五花八门的故事，多元化的人物性格一度非常受中国观众欢迎。其中反响比较大的有《人在旅途》、《调色板》、《出人头地》、《法网情天》等等，大部分电视剧集中在30集左右，但《悲欢岁月》则长达130集。 尤其是梁立人亲自制片、编剧、歌曲作词的《人在旅途》，比同时期在内地引进的琼瑶剧《庭院深深》更火，内地观众对新加坡剧有情结也是从这一时期起，而那部剧也确实是现象级商战经典大剧。 “从来不怨，命运之错，不怕旅途多坎坷，向着那梦中的地方去，错了我也不悔过。”这部拍于1983年的新加坡电视剧《人在旅途》的歌声响起，是不是大部分80后也能一字不落地跟着哼唱？ 该剧中，向云演的女主角从酒店底层成长为女经理，最后为了忙碌事业痛失了爱情，让人唏嘘不已！陈澍承、曾慧芬两大实力派演员组合，也颇为讨巧，男主角是吴槐岸，到港发展后改名吴岱融。 而《人在旅途》首次饰演富家千金女配的陈莉萍，虽刁蛮任性却不失可爱，从此在新加坡剧中暂露头角，谁都没想到她日后接演过《早安老师》《生活歌手》《法网情天》《志在四方》等超级大剧，逐渐成长为新加坡天后级女星。 接着，家族斗争、商斗、大时代的励志故事在这一时期层出不穷，《人在旅途》《调色板》《出人头地》《浮沉》《潮州家族》《情丝万缕》等剧都曾经被央视引进过，收视率都很高，按照现在话讲，都是万人空巷的现象级大剧。 当时，新加坡华语电视剧的创作有意识地将中国背景和文化融入其中，拉近与中国观众的距离，并且由于文化的亲缘性，使其当时非常有人缘。 新加坡的影视制作其实是深受香港电视特别是邵氏公司、丽的电视以及香港无线电视（TVB）的影响的，所以我们在看上世纪八十年代的新加坡电视剧的时候，总能感觉到与港剧的编剧、灯光、画面、剪辑乃至字幕方面都有某种似曾相识的熟悉感，甚至有人评价新剧就是港剧的复制品。 不过，新加坡剧并不是在整个亚洲市场都很好。新加坡电视台新传媒副总裁邓润良，在追忆这段时光时，他很坦诚地指出，当年这些剧只在内地火，“香港没人看我们的剧，日本那个时候已经很发达了，也不需要看，而在内地，天时地利人和，那个时候他们需要大量的剧观看，很容易起到化学作用。” 整个90年代，新加坡剧开始走向复制港剧的路子，《三面夏娃》《情丝万缕》《叱咤风云》《生命火花》等作品有着浓重港剧味道，“新加坡制造”的标签被淹没在港台剧的大浪潮中，就连每集中间插播广告四个章节，都神似港剧。 那时，新加坡剧也被誉为是“小港剧”，就拿范文芳两部成名作《缘尽今生》《金枕头》为例，你可以看到《大时代》《火玫瑰》《义不容情》等经典港剧影子，苦命私生子女卷入家族争斗，在商场股市终极决战，惊心动魄！ 因为新加坡口音中很特殊的嗲被淡化，许多港台演员跑到新加坡去发展，就像马景涛早前在台湾拍了《倚天屠龙记》《新龙门客栈》等大剧，去香港拍了《再见艳阳天》，去新加坡拍了《东游记》，以及新加坡版《笑傲江湖》.... 金马影帝万梓良在香港拍摄《流氓大亨》，在台湾拍了《大哥大》，在新加坡拍了《一路风尘》（《新阿郎》）《金枕头》《陌生人》，都在当地掀起巨大收视狂潮。 接着，郭妃丽、范文芳这样的新加坡当红女演员，都去香港拍摄《真心话》《公元2000》等商业大戏。尤其郭妃丽因为当时跟香港和内地大戏合作，居然比新加坡本地的知名度还高，让人所料未及。 曾经获得多届新视“红星大奖”、十大最受欢迎女艺人奖的范文芳，最早只是演新加坡时装大剧《缘尽今生》《一路风尘》，她后来凭借《神雕侠侣》《笑傲江湖》《奔月》等古装剧在全亚洲打开了知名度，当时更被誉为“新加坡第一美女”。 她因为2002年她演出首部好莱坞电影《皇家威龙》，跟成龙合作，正式进军国际影坛，随后被评为美国好莱坞“春季银幕最难忘女性”，并入围好莱坞MTV电影奖，在全球赢得了新一批影迷，范文芳也成为新加坡女演员中最难忘的一位。 除了范文芳、郭妃丽、陈秀丽等新加坡女星选择在内地拍戏捞金，老帅哥李铭顺还经常客串《一吻定情》《一路繁花相送》等内地影视剧。 广州人戚玉武还去新加坡接演《小娘惹》等剧走红，导致许多内地观众，干脆分不清哪些是港台演员，哪些是新加坡演员。 90年代的新加坡制作环境很好，同样是跟现在内地相似，古装剧远比生活剧更有市场。就拿马景涛、郭妃丽、郑秀珍、李湘萍合作《东游记》为例，该剧被誉为史上最优秀的八仙剧集，吕洞宾与牡丹仙子、何仙姑的虐恋，让人看得如痴如醉。 描写宋太祖和李煜的《绝代双雄》，把权谋宫斗与江湖武侠融合恰到好处，整体评价远高于《问君能有几多愁》（刘涛、吴奇隆版），这在同类题材是一个巅峰。 而《白发魔女传》《塞外奇侠传》《七剑下天山》三部小说的精华部分《塞外奇侠》更是超级武侠大剧，丝毫不亚于港台剧集。 1993年《莲花争霸》，汇集李南星、陈天文、朱厚任、朱乐玲等明星，尽管你可以发现剧情改编东拉西扯，将古龙的《流星蝴蝶剑》和徐克《笑傲江湖之东方不败》改编进行杂糅，但制作精良霸气，故事曲折精彩，被誉为华语武侠经典剧。 罗文的主题曲《江湖路》至今仍会唱“无怨无悔我走我路、走不尽天涯路、在风云之中你追我逐、恩怨由谁来结束。”塔琳托娅演的白玉川虽是大反派，却迷死人不偿命，也成为她个人表演生涯的巅峰。 当然，不能不提的是范文芳和李铭顺版的《神雕侠侣》，在许多内地观众心中，这个版本的经典程度不亚于古天乐李若彤版。 90年代末期，一大批香港无线和亚视的监制、编剧甚至是演员被引进新加坡后，这股带着强烈的“香港意志”的风潮影响着新加坡电视剧的发展，但也宣告这是他们最后的辉煌。 2000年，是新加坡剧的一个分水岭。当时的新加坡政府为鼓励广电与报业作为媒体能相互制衡，出台了一项政策，广电可发行报纸，报纸可做电视。 于是就形成了新加坡新传媒集团（新加坡电视台）与新加坡报业（“u优频道”和“i频道”）两大拥有免费牌照的电视台。政府愿意是两家电视台相互制衡双赢，但结果却是两虎撕咬，两败俱伤。 从香港到新加坡后，身为新加坡电视台新传媒副总裁邓润良亲眼目睹两家电视台兄弟内斗致残，如今再回忆起来，邓润良不无痛惜之情，“两台竞争的时候，最先大家是很积极的制作一些更好的节目，可毕竟市场太小，所以变成在很短的时间里，整个两台（开始）所谓的互斗。” 两台抢新闻抢资讯抢电视剧，完全陷入疯狂的内斗，狠到什么程度呢，最后时任新加坡内阁资政的李光耀发声明“新加坡地方太小，不宜拥有多于一间电视台”，最终的结果是，两家电视台在2004年合并。 事实上，是当时的竞争机制并不成熟才导致恶性竞争，邓润良很遗憾地说，“硬硬生生的给它砍下来，还看不到它的正面效应。”在新加坡做了这么多年电视人，以他个人的看法，“如果那个时候能够多撑两年”，那么结局可能是完全不一样。 但吵来吵去、相互挖墙角、互相诋毁攻击，终于没能让两家电视台有足够力量支撑下去。 最可惜的是，在两家电视台内斗的那几年，新加坡剧真正丢失的是海外市场，《真相》、《力克千年虫》、《流金税月》等口碑不错的剧全部被淹没。 其中《力克千年虫》当年被湖南广电以及昆明电视台引进，郑惠玉、陈汉玮、朱厚任等当时的当红演员，也未能挽救收视。 而合并后的新加坡电视台面临着严重的资金困扰，“砍掉以后，又要从海外买一些很长的很旧的剧集来撑那个时间段，反而是拖低了。”邓先生摇着头说。 在他眼里，用当年的TVB与亚视之争来做比喻都不恰当，至少无线占了上风，并未动摇到根基。之后的新加坡剧，再没有哪一部能像《人在旅途》《莲花争霸》《东游记》那样引起巨大共鸣，甚至是销声匿迹。 从2013年开始连续三年，每年会有一部大剧用来致敬五十年，12年力推的是《唐山到南洋》，李南星、黄俊雄主演，欧萱扮演女一号，本来计划拍三部曲，而他们面临的是，在资金上，他们很难有实力一口气将致敬系列拍完。 当时新加坡红星大奖的入围名单来看，绝大部分是生活剧，《X元素》、《96度c咖啡》、《志在四方》等，像《唐山到南洋》这样的民国剧都很少，古装剧基本灭绝了！从目前局势看，《莲花争霸》《东游记》《神雕侠侣》《塞外奇侠》这些古装顶级大制作，恐怕是新加坡剧的绝唱了。 正如邓润良说，新加坡最辉煌的时候，也是赶不上日剧和港剧的，而它当时唯一的海外市场就是远销中国。内斗之后，新加坡剧元气大伤，而要照顾到各类语种的电视剧，已经只能是为本土化而存在。 邓润良分析说，新加坡有三种主要语言，为照顾到每个语种而做的让步，都成为致命的弱点，“当你手上有100块钱，你把100块钱全部投进普通话的制作，或者是投进广东话的制作，你就很集中。我们是把100块分成三种语言，大部分给华语，一部分给马来语，一部分要给大闽语...台前幕后你要找单一语的人才...所以我们经常给人家觉得演员最弱的一点，不在于他的外形，而在于他的语言表达能力。” 合并之后的新加坡电视台有很长一段时间是要靠引进海外的剧来撑，日剧、韩剧，还有国产剧，新加坡都播过。 但长期跟海外缺少互动，导致新加坡观众口味单一，当然，像全亚洲都风靡的《来自星星的你》还是很多人追的，但国产剧《步步惊心》即使是放在黄金时段播出，仍收视惨淡，“有一些比较好的那些古装剧好像《步步惊心》，我们都放在黄金时段，但播不好。” 但是，国产剧在过去的五年里惊人的进步是让新加坡电视台方面感到不可思议，“你们进步太快了！进步得太快太快了！我个人来讲，我都掉眼镜！”邓润良如此感慨道。 毕竟在郑晓龙导演《甄嬛传》，于正拍摄《宫锁心玉》《陆贞传奇》《延禧攻略》，李慧珠导演《锦绣未央》，孔笙拍摄《琅琊榜》《大江大河》，王伟导演《白夜追凶》，整体都是精美讲究，反观新加坡电视剧团队现有的制作班底与资金投入，根本难以媲美。 新加坡剧同时也在找新海外出路，但国产剧如此发达，生活剧上找不到共鸣感，新加坡电视台只能从古装剧上去投资参与制作，“我们很难找到时装剧定位两方面都接受。但只要你有钱，你投进去就容易找到一个项目，所以我们几乎是98%都是古装剧。” 邓润良口中的古装剧就包括有范冰冰、周杰主演的《封神榜》，新加坡电视台参与制作，并输送了郑斌辉、曾诗梅两位已经小有名气的演员。可惜的是，这部剧因为翻拍版本太多，在当年并未引起多大轰动。 古装剧最大的问题还是资金，制作费越大，电视台会畏首畏尾，《西游记》、《聊斋》还有金庸题材他们都想过，但一方面觉得题材是局限，同时真的赚不到钱，“我们觉得这样子不是办法。钱进去了，就算赚到钱，也没有什么突破。再加上制作费太大，增长太快，所以我们没有办法有一个经济效益支撑我们拍下去。” 曾拍摄《潮州家族》《浮沉》导演曾皓文则透露“2000年开始，新加坡的电视台编导、监制都陆续离开到内地发展，造成人才严重流失，这是新加坡剧衰落的最大原因。” 虽然古装剧少，但新加坡剧制作也还是很烧钱，据邓润良透露，一般一集剧的制作费大约在20万新币，相当于人民币100万，一般一部剧大约在20到30集，一部剧的总投资约在3千万人民币左右，这跟内地大剧的制作费动不动就砸三五亿，根本是小巫见大巫。 而且请演员也是他们所面临的难题，一个大咖演员的片酬大约占总投资的三成，早些年新加坡剧还会请港台演员，但现在的总量在锐减，原因就是成本太大。 2008年，一部新加坡电视剧《小娘惹》在内地悄然走红。仅在广电网络互动电视上线不过一周，就拥有超过5万的点播量；在上海地区的首播，收视率更是一路领先，飙升至4%左右，高峰段甚至超过人气韩剧《花样男子》。 《小娘惹》故事从上世纪30年代展开，横跨70年。因为剧中频繁出现刺绣、缝纫、饮食等众多新加坡的风土人情，因此该剧被狮城观众亲切地称作“新加坡版《大长今》”。 据悉，在总人口仅460万的新加坡，该剧当时播出期间每天平均吸引到99.3万人次追看，大结局更以33.8%的收视率，打破了狮城长达15年的收视纪录，成为自1994年以来“最多人收看的本地连续剧”。 作为《小娘惹》的另一出彩之处，便是女主角欧萱的一饰二角：黄菊香与山本月娘。前者是出身娘惹大家族，嫁给日本摄影师的聋哑少女；后者则是命运坎坷不屈不挠的“女儿”月娘。她穿起娘惹装的欧萱，温柔婉约，娘惹味十足。 在新传媒举办的08年度观众最喜爱的男女角色票选活动中，欧萱仅凭《小娘惹》中的菊香与月娘就斩获两项殊荣，而阿姐范文芳与同级女星芮恩仅分获一奖。 当时新传媒旗下有七位当家花旦，即陈凤玲、白薇秀、刘芷绚、谢宛谕、欧萱、姚懿珊、芮恩七人，人称新加坡演艺圈“七公主”。但是《小娘惹》在内地火爆，或许也是新加坡剧的一次回光返照，下一部现象级新加坡剧诞生在何时？难以想象！ 有记者曾跟邓润良先生探讨过如何唤起中国观众对坡剧的情结，其中被问到有没有想过翻拍《人在旅途》、或者是《莲花争霸》《出人头地》，邓先生的答案中有许多“怕”，怕观众不买单，如果更口碑差难交差；怕被骂江郎才尽；怕毁灭经典。 一位不愿透露姓名的新加坡导演透露：“新加坡剧的目前高层都在混日子，邓先生属于把自己工作当成铁饭碗工作的人，只要不多做就不会犯错，安安稳稳做到退休，拿一份相当优厚的退休金以安享晚年！目前新加坡剧的制作高层，缺少王长田、宁浩、于正、王晶、梁立人这种能力超强的野心家去改变现有局面。” 看得出，现在的这些新加坡电视剧专业人士，缺乏不仅是金钱、资源、创作力，还有卓尔不凡的魄力。当年香港金牌制作人梁立人加盟新加坡剧，让其有了巨大突破，后来她离开新加坡广播局后受聘于亚洲电视一段时间，再后来看来这种人才已经稀缺。 而新加坡剧在新世纪彻底落寞后，不知道曾操盘《雾锁南洋》《人在旅途》的梁立人先生究竟作何感想？ 本文最后推荐一些新加坡精品剧 《潮州家族》（30集）主演：郑惠玉 周初明 曾江
