So 10k for a leading role for one month in a MDC drama is normal. Even Singapore media sites and bloggers charge 5-figure rates for a simple advertorial. Don't believe just ask anyone working in the media industry. There is a reason why all MDC artistes are able to stay in private property, drive cars and have so much money to invest in random businesses. Vetaran actors like Lin Meijiao and Zhu Houren, who don't have any endorsements, also quite well off because they get paid quite well. Thats why die die also won't leave MDC.
