I find they are trying too hard to outwit organisers from the previous years but did not make the show more grand. Good 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 Worst 2015 - to make nominees sit on stage 2016 - the splitting of top 10 awards over two nights is a major no go. 2017 - the long runway is an eye sore and took up so many seats in the audience. 2018 - staging looks low cost production. Kym Ng - would be the first variety host to win best actress, but very unlikely to happen. Carrie Wong has no chance so skip. Personally I think the rightful winner should be Rui En, but her chances might be cut due to the fact that she's no longer a contracted artiste with Mediacorp. Felicia Chin might really bag the award this sun cos she's on the track to win her 10th top 10 also, Mediacorp might want to give her that honour before she receives the all time favourite artiste award next year. Funny didnt find James special before but with this on going show .
