This is the full video recording of the panel discussion held on Monday, 26 September 2022 on the legal implications of the Court of Appeals's ruling on the Tan Seng Kee v AG Constitutional challenge. It is satisfying and jarring in equal measure to hear my name being mentioned so many times on prime time television by the Law Minister, the President of the Law Society and the Dean of the law school of the Singapore University of Social Sciences. Never before in Singapore's legal history has so much media attention and analysis been heaped on a case. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to be part of the process.
